Classic grilled pork skewers

First, we describe the classic way of cooking kebabs in pork air grill.

This will require:

  • pork (give preference to the neck) - 1.5-1.7 kg;
  • seasoning for barbecue - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • a mixture of peppers - 1 tsp;
  • red hot pepper - to taste;
  • salt - 1 tbsp. l without a hill;
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • onions - 3-4 pcs.;
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • wooden skewers.

Procedure:

  1. First, wash the meat, wipe with a paper towel to remove excess water. Then cut the pork into pieces of about 4 by 5 cm.
  2. We clean the onion, grate it on a fine grater. If you do not want to bother with onions, grind in a blender.
  3. After the onion is chopped, add it to the meat and mix thoroughly, while adding all the other ingredients: pepper, the desired amount of seasoning and salt, mayonnaise, vinegar and do not forget about soy sauce.
  4. To make the meat better saturated, mix it several times: the marinade will be distributed more evenly.
  5. Take out wooden skewers and soak them in water, having stood for a quarter of an hour.

Before frying the barbecue, preheat the air grill for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. After that, open the lid and let cool for 2 minutes.

  1. So, we string the meat on skewers (about 3 pieces come out). We set the grill high, and lay the skewers on it so that they do not touch. 3-4 skewers can fit on one grill.

To make the barbecue tasty, remember one little trick.Since the semi-finished product is fried thanks to hot air, string the pieces on skewers so that between them there is a distance of 1-2 centimeters. So the air will circulate freely, and the meat will be evenly fried on all sides. Also place the skewers remotely from the walls of the flask itself, the quality of the dish depends on this. If you get pieces of different sizes, place the larger ones closer to the center, and smaller ones to the edges of the vessel.

  1. Getting to the process. Set the temperature to 230 degrees and turn on the device for 10 minutes. Open the lid and gently turn the skewer over, then set again for 10 minutes at the same temperature.
  2. After that, turn off the grill and gently pull it out.

With olives

Incredibly tasty meat is obtained in an olive marinade. Try it, see for yourself!

So, to prepare a barbecue with olives you will need:

  • chicken breast - 1 kg;
  • parsley, dill - 1/2 bunch;
  • garlic - 5 cloves;
  • olives - 15 pcs.;
  • olive oil - 1/2 can;
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • white balsamic vinegar "Jamie Oliver" - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • salt, cinnamon, black pepper - to taste.

Procedure:

  1. Cut the breast into pieces about 5 by 6 cm in size, grate with salt, pepper and cinnamon.
  2. Start preparing the marinade: in a deep plate, mix olive oil, canned olive oil and vinegar. Crush the garlic with a knife, chop the parsley and dill finely, cut the olives into halves and add everything to the marinade.
  3. Mix the meat well in the marinade several times so that it is completely covered with the composition. Cover the chicken and leave it for 2 hours at room temperature.
  4. When the semi-finished product is well soaked, remove the wooden skewers, soak them in water for 15 minutes. String the meat so that the pieces do not touch (this is very important!) And at the same time warm the air grill for 10 minutes.
  5. After warming, set the grill high and place 3-4 skewers on it.
  6. Set the temperature to 210 degrees and turn on the device for 10 minutes. After that, turn off the device, open the lid and gently turn the chicken over, repeat the action.

Check the kebab - it should be ready.

Cooking on the wire

A juicy recipe for those who do not want to mess with skewers. However, we pay attention: even the barbecue prepared in this way will turn out tastier if you use skewers. But this is a matter of taste.

 

The calculation of the ingredients in the recipe is made up of one device grid. If you need more, proportionally increase the number of products.

  • pork - 600 g;
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • mustard - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • tomato - 1 pc.;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • a mixture of peppers - 1 tsp;
  • salt - 1 tbsp. l without a hill;
  • seasoning for barbecue - 3 tbsp. l

Procedure:

  1. Rinse the pork and wipe it with a paper towel. Cut the meat into small pieces, about 4 by 3 cm.
  2. We start preparing the marinade: peel the onion, cut it together with the tomato into large pieces. Add soy sauce, mustard, pepper, barbecue seasoning and a little salt. Instead of a natural tomato, you can take homemade tomato sauce or lecho.
  3. Put the kebab on the lower grill of the bowl, set the temperature to 200 degrees. Fry the skewers for 15 minutes, then open the lid of the air grill and evaluate the readiness of the dish. If you see that it is not baked enough on top, gently turn the meat over and set it to fry for another 10 minutes. Bon Appetit!

Very tender and delicious chicken kebab is obtained in honey and soya marinade.

So, for cooking you will need:

  • chicken breast - 1 kg;
  • soy sauce - 5 tbsp. l .;
  • honey - 2 tsp;
  • garlic - 4 cloves;
  • parsley, dill - 1/2 bunch;
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • salt, cinnamon, black pepper - to taste.

Procedure:

  1. Cut the breast into pieces measuring 5 by 6 cm, grate with salt, pepper and cinnamon.
  2. Start preparing the marinade: in a deep bowl, mix honey, olive oil and soy sauce.Crush the garlic with a knife, finely chop the parsley and dill, add to the marinade. The meat should be completely covered with the composition in order to soak well. Cover and leave for 2 hours at room temperature.
  3. Soak the wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes. After the meat is well soaked, put the air grill on warming (10-15 minutes) and at the same time string the meat on skewers so that the pieces do not touch each other.
  4. When the grill warms up, lay the products on the middle tier and set the temperature to 260 degrees. 3-4 skewers can fit on the grill. Leave on for 15 minutes. Then turn it off and gently turn it over, turn it on again for 10 minutes.
  5. Turn off the device - the barbecue is ready.

Pork and Potato Recipe

Introducing the finished version of a full festive dish.

So, you will need:

  • pork (stop the choice on the neck) - 1.5 kg;
  • onions - 3 heads;
  • mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons;
  • dill - ½ bunch;
  • seasoning for barbecue - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • a mixture of peppers - 1 tsp;
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp;
  • salt - 1 tbsp. l incomplete;
  • potatoes - 6 pcs.;
  • wooden skewers.

Procedure:

  1. We will prepare the pork and potato skewers in stages - first bake the potatoes, then fry the skewers.
  2. First prepare the pork for subsequent roasting - cut the neck into pieces 4-5 cm thick, carefully rub with salt, cinnamon and pepper, add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise. Also chop the onions in large rings, add to the marinade and leave to soak under the lid for 2 hours.
  3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into large slices into 6-8 parts. Rub it with salt, cinnamon, chopped dill and, adding 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, mix so that all the potatoes are in the marinade.
  4. We spread the potato wedges on the lower grill, set 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes, and wait until the potatoes are baked.
  5. After that, carefully remove the grate, cover the bottom with foil (the fat from the meat will drain there) and put the meat product on the second tier, previously having strung it on wooden skewers. Set 220 degrees, leave for 10-15 minutes, then turn the barbecue over and leave for another 10 minutes. We check and turn off the device.
