  4. Cut the onion rings, chop the garlic in any way. If you plan to cook kebab from vegetables, then they are added at this stage.
  5. The meat pieces are sprinkled with spices, and poured with mineral water and oil. Hands well mixed and sent to a cold place for 10-13 hours.
  6. When everything is ready, the mineral water can be drained. The meat is fried in any usual way.

To make the final result tender, prepare the pork skewers on a mineral water, the addition of wine will perfectly reveal the main taste.

You will need:

  • pulp - 1 kilogram;
  • mineral sparkling water - 1 liter;
  • dry red wine - 100-250 milliliters;
  • onion - 1 kilogram;
  • sugar - 2 tablespoons;
  • mayonnaise - 2-3 tablespoons;
  • salt, pepper and other spices to taste.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. First of all, it is necessary to create a wine mixture, for this sugar, a small amount of mineral water and above the declared amount of alcohol are combined. Mix the liquid until the sugar dissolves.
  2. First-class meat is well washed, all films and tendons are removed, cut into pieces.
  3. Onions are cut into rings or half rings.
  4. Next step: marinate the meat on the barbecue with spices. A layer of onions is laid out in the pan, after which a semi-finished meat product is added and mayonnaise is evenly distributed on top. This design should stand for at least 30 minutes. This is done so that the meat gives juice.
  5. After the previous step is completed, the kebab is poured with mineral water and a wine mixture. Everything is mixed by hands and sent to a cool place for at least an hour. Ideally, the meat is pickled for 10–13 hours.
  6. Barbecue is ready to cook. Frying meat on skewers, it is necessary to pour it with marinade, this will give the dish an additional aroma and taste.

Cooking from Chicken

Due to the fact that mineral water has no taste, you can use absolutely any spices, they will not change your taste. Lemon will add a touch of sourness that gourmets will appreciate.

You will need:

  • chicken loin - 1.5 kilograms;
  • mineral water with gases - 1.5 liters;
  • onion - 1 kilogram;
  • lemon - 4 medium fruits;
  • salt, pepper and other spices to taste.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Before proceeding to the marinade, squeeze the lemon juice into the onion, this will get rid of the bitterness in the product.
  2. After adding seasoning to the mixture, coat the prepared pieces and leave to “rest” for 20-30 minutes.
  3. After that, pour mineral water with lemon, and mix everything well. Now the meat is placed in a cool place for at least 3 hours, and ideally all night.

Tip. It is recommended to use spices that are used in everyday life so as not to miscalculate with taste. The combination of different types of pepper, suneli hops, coriander and, of course, a small amount of curry will create a special taste for the final result.

The fastest marinade on mineral water

To get really tasty meat, do not spare water.
You will need:

  • any meat - 1 kilogram;
  • onions - 250-350 grams;
  • vegetable oil - 2-3 tablespoons;
  • mineral water with gases - 1.5 liters;
  • spices to taste, for example: salt, red and black pepper, paprika, parsley and zira.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. For starters, onions are cut into small rings and added to pieces of meat.
  2. Spices are mixed with oil, and the semi-finished product is lubricated with this mixture.
  3. Put pieces of meat in a pan, put onions on top. Putting a plate on the dish, add a load, for example, a five-liter bottle of water. Thanks to this method, the meat will secrete juice and when frying it will turn out to be as juicy and pickled as possible.
  4. After 30 minutes, remove the structure, add mineral water. Mixing well with your hands, remove the dish in a cool place for 1-2 hours.
  5. Fry in any familiar way. The meat is juicy and tasty.

Using this recipe, even chicken skewers will be juicy.

How to Pickle Beef

For 1 kg of beef tenderloin:

  • onion rings - 250-350 grams;
  • garlic - 1 head;
  • vegetable oil - 2-3 tablespoons;
  • mineral water with gases - 1.5 liters;
  • lemon - 1 large fruit;
  • pepper, salt and other spices of your choice.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. For starters, the meat must be cut into small pieces of the same size.
  2. To prepare the marinade, squeeze the juice of lemon, add vegetable oil and all the declared spices. Mix the composition, add onions and garlic cloves.
  3. After dipping the meat into the mixture, stir well so that each piece is saturated. Put a plate on top and a 5 liter bottle on it.
  4. After 15 minutes, mineral water is added to the marinade and the meat is sent for 2-3 hours in cool.

Of course, the longer the pieces are pickled, the better. But even after 2 hours in the marinade, beef will delight any connoisseur with its soft base.

Recipe for marinade for barbecue of mineral water and lemon

 

For 1 kg of pulp:

  • onion rings - 300-400 grams;
  • mineral water with gases - 1.5 liters;
  • lemon - 3 medium fruits;
  • pepper, salt and other spices of your choice.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. As in any other barbecue, first of all, you need to determine the size of the final dish. If cooked on a wire rack, the meat can not be cut too large, and medium pieces are ideal for skewers.
  2. Before squeezing juice from a lemon, it must be cut into 2 parts and remove the seeds. Then add the necessary spices to the liquid.
  3. After mixing the meat with the marinade, put the chopped onion on top and pour mineral water.
