Classic Chicken Breast Kebab Recipe

  • 3 small cloves of garlic;
  • a pinch of ground black pepper;
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of refined vegetable oil;
  • Extra salt and to taste.

Initially, the meat is fried in vegetable oil over medium heat on both sides. Then cover the pan with a lid and fry until cooked over low heat.

Such a barbecue will be instantly eaten with a traditional side dish - mashed potatoes, buckwheat or boiled rice.

Delicious yogurt based marinade for PP

For chicken breast skewers, marinade is prepared not only from mayonnaise, but also from yogurt. From the finished meat comes the aroma that is impossible to resist.

For marinade store:

  • 1 tbsp. nonfat yogurt;
  • 1 tbsp. a spoon of olive oil;
  • 3 large cloves of garlic;
  • 1 fresh lemon;
  • 0.5 teaspoon of salt;
  • ground pepper;
  • a bunch of parsley.

Mix yogurt, oil, chopped garlic, salt, pepper, lemon zest and 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice. At the end, add chopped parsley. Pieces of meat are laid in such a marinade. After 40-50 minutes, they are fried on a wire rack.
