  • Cinnamon - half a tablespoon;

  • Milk - 0.2 L;

  • Baking powder for dough - 1 tbsp. a spoon.

  1. Take the butter. Cut about 120 grams from a pack.Now you need to soften it (to make it easier to knead the dough). This can be done in the following ways: 1) Put the oil in the microwave until it is completely dissolved. Be careful, oil can splatter the microwave, so cover it with a lid or reduce power. 2) Throw the oil on the heated dishes, and it will quickly melt. 3) Can be melted in a water bath. Just boil water and in a small bowl, send the oil to boiling water. Under the influence of hot water, it will quickly dissolve. 4) The easiest way. Take the product, cut it into several pieces and lay them on a platter. Now take a cup, rinse it with hot water (preferably boiling water) and quickly cover the oil. Although it does not completely melt, it is just what you need to knead the dough.
