  2. Any mushrooms at will - 400 g.
  3. One bulb is small.
  4. Two carrots.

  2. Cheese - 300 g.

  4. 350-400 g of champignons.

Salad preparation is very simple:

  1. Mushrooms are chopped and sautéed with chopped onion until tender.

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  1. 3-4 medium squid carcasses.
  2. 200 g of grated cheese;
  3. Mushrooms - 300 g.
  4. Onion head - 1 pc.

Squid is boiled in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then cut in half rings.

It is important not to digest seafood, otherwise they will become stiff and almost inedible.

Mushrooms and onions passer and cool. Spread the contents of the pan, squid and grated cheese into the bowl. Salt and pepper if desired, add mayonnaise.

Salad "Glade"

This recipe is used to decorate the festive table, as the salad has an interesting serving.

Will need 4 servings:

  1. Pickled champignons - jar.
  2. Boiled chicken meat - 300 g.

  5. Three medium-sized potatoes.
  6. 3-4 hard-boiled eggs.
  7. Cheese - 250-300 g.

  1. Potatoes and carrots are pre-cooked to a ready state, and then peeled and cut into cubes.
  2. Chicken fillet and cucumbers are chopped into thin strips about 1-2 cm long.

Straw mushrooms are fried in oil for 10 minutes. The ham is cut into strips, the tomatoes into cubes, the cheese is grated. Mix the components of the salad in a bowl, season with mayonnaise, add salt and pepper if desired.

Vegetarian salad with fried mushrooms and lentils

Used ingredients (for 3 persons):

  1. A glass of lentils.
  2. Champignons - 200-300 g.
  3. One medium carrot.
  4. Onions - 1 pc.
  5. Spinach - 300 g.

The washed lentils are poured into the pan, poured with water and boiled for 15 minutes. Tear spinach with hands. Mushrooms are cut into large cubes, carrots with onions are also crushed.
