To prepare a salad with grapes and chicken, we proceed in stages:
- Rinse chicken breasts, roll them in curry, put on the bottom of the pan, pour olive oil. Fry the meat until golden brown.
- Cool the breasts and cut them into small pieces.
- Separately, in a saucepan, boil the eggs, let’s cool, peel and finely coat with a knife.
- We cut milk cheese into small cubes, we rub each of them on a grater.
- We take green grapes of raisins, washed, cut berries along.
- Grind the nuts with a blender.
- We make salad in a wide flat plate.
- Layers in layers: chicken cubes, distribute mayonnaise in a thin layer, pour cheese on top.
- Next come chopped chicken eggs. We also process them with a layer of mayonnaise. Sprinkle ground almonds on top.

- walnuts - 40 gr;
- salt - 4 g;

- Cook eggs in a pan for 10-15 minutes.

The main ingredients:
- walnuts - 50 gr;
- one breast of a bird;
- cheese - 90 gr;
- green lettuce - 4 pcs.;
- egg - 3 pcs.;
- large green grapes - 200 gr;
- mayonnaise.
Step-by-step instruction:
- Boil the chicken meat in a saucepan until tender. Cool and cut it into thin strips.
- In another saucepan, boil hard-boiled eggs, peel and chop into small cubes.
- With a knife, peeled walnuts.
- Pieces of cheese through a grater.
- Cut the washed grapes into halves.
- At the bottom of a large flat plate, spread the washed salad leaves.
- Pour half of the chicken meat on them, sprinkle a little salt and grease with mayonnaise.
- Spread on top half of the total number of crushed eggs, again salt and process with mayonnaise and sprinkle with nuts.
- The third layer is half the amount of mashed cheese. Pour mayonnaise on top and distribute it.
- Then all layers are repeated in the same sequence.
- The appetizer is decorated with halves of berries. We put it in the refrigerator for an hour so that the food is saturated.
Original appetizer with pineapple
Grocery list:
- a piece of butter - 45 g;
- walnuts - 50 gr;
- seedless grapes - 0.1 kg;
- cheese - 150 gr;
- chicken fillet - 0.3 kg;
- salt;
- one clove of garlic;
- a pinch of black pepper;
- canned pineapples - 1 jar;
- mayonnaise.
Cooking the dish step by step:
- Chop the bird fillet in small pieces. Bone each of them in a mixture of black pepper, salt and pass in a pan for 5 minutes.
- Put them in a plate and cool.
- Drain the liquid from the jar with pineapples. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
- The washed grapes are cut in quarters.
- We chop the milk cheese into cubes.
- We mix the crushed products in a beautiful deep salad bowl, add chopped walnuts.
- Separately, we refuel. Pass the garlic clove through the press and combine it with mayonnaise. The mixture is poured into a salad. Mix everything.

You will need:
- milk cheese - 90 gr;
- chicken fillet - 200 gr;
- salt - 5 g;
- white cabbage - 100 gr;
- olive oil - 80 ml;
- sour cream - 0.3 l;
- one tomato;
- grapes - 200 gr;
- a bunch of green onions;
- mustard - 4 gr.
Algorithm of actions:
- Cook chicken until soft, finely cut with a knife.
- Shred the right amount of cabbage into thin strips.
- Pour salt and crush with your hands.
- Finely chop the washed green onions.
- We cut the grapes into two halves each.
- We chop the tomatoes in small cubes.
- Now do the refueling. Combine mustard, salt, olive oil and sour cream, mix.
- We lay out on layers on a plate: chicken, sauce, cabbage, tomatoes, green onions, sauce, most of the grapes, cheese, sauce. We decorate the top with the remaining grapes.

- some fresh parsley;
