Shrimp and Avocado Salad

Shrimp and avocado salad is perhaps one of the most popular product mix options.

Based on two servings, take the following amount of food:

  • peeled shrimp - 30-50 gr;

First of all, prepare a delicious homemade salad dressing - combine finely chopped washed and dried herbs, crushed / grated garlic, pepper, juice and oil. Mix well.

Boil shrimp in salted water.

Next, in a bowl for salad, manually tear lettuce leaves, put avocados, cherry tomatoes and shrimps cut into small cubes. We season everything with the prepared dressing and mix.

For serving, you can decorate the salad with fresh herbs or grated hard cheese.

On a note. Shrimp are always dipped in boiling water. As soon as the water boils again, we note the cooking time: small shrimp is enough for 2-3 minutes, medium - 5 minutes, large - 8-10 minutes.

Arugula recipe

An interesting and original salad with arugula and shrimp:

  • tiger prawns - 10 units;
  • arugula - 80 gr;
  • avocado - 200 gr;
  • Parmesan - 60 gr;
  • cherry tomatoes - 80 gr;
  • pine nuts - 10 gr;
  • flower honey - 20 gr;
  • lime - 1;
  • soy sauce - 10 gr;
  • balsamic cream - 10 g;
  • olive oil - 35 ml;
  • salt, pepper mol.

We start cooking with dressing: combine oil, freshly squeezed lime juice, honey, sauce and cream. Optionally, chop the zest of lime and add it to the dressing. Mix everything and leave to soak until the salad itself is prepared.

Wash and dry arugula. I also wash the avocado, peel it and cut it with medium cubes. Rinse the tomatoes and cut them in half. We make cheese on thin plates.

Heat oil in a pan. While it is warming, wash the shrimp. Dip the shrimp into the oil, add a little salt and pepper, fry for 5-6 minutes.

We collect the salad: put the leaves of arugula at the bottom of the salad bowl, shrimps and cheese go on top. On the edges we spread the cherry. We water everything with dressing, sprinkle with nuts. Can be served.

Warm salad with lentils and prawns

For 5 servings you will need:

  • lentils - 250 gr;
  • celery - a stalk;
  • onion and carrot - 1 unit each;
  • garlic cloves - 2;
  • water - 3 glasses .;
  • thyme greens - 25 gr;
  • parsley - several branches;
  • large shrimps - 16 pcs.;
  • olive. oil;
  • balsamic vinegar;
  • Dijon mustard - 2 tsp;
  • salt and pepper.

Rinse the cereal thoroughly until the draining water becomes clear. Put it in a saucepan and set to cook. Do not forget to salt the water. After boiling water, the fire must be set to a minimum, cover with a lid and cook for about half an hour.

While the cereals are cooked, we will prepare carrots with onions: wash, peel, chop, as if on a soup fry. Fry in oil, adding grated garlic and a couple of whole branches of thyme. After frying, thyme needs to be removed and discarded. Finely chop the remaining branches.

In a separate bowl, spread the washed shrimp, chopped thyme, pour a spoonful of oil and vinegar. We leave to marinate a little, stirring occasionally - it will take about a quarter of an hour. Then, heat a little oil in a pan and spread the shrimp into it, along with the marinade. Fry for five to seven minutes.

In a deep salad bowl we spread shrimp, lentils, chopped parsley. Add the remaining oil, vinegar, mustard, and a little salt as a dressing. Mix everything, decorate with fresh herbs. You can use shrimp as decoration.

With the addition of pomelo

  • 300 gr shrimp;
  • the flesh of a peeled small pomelo;
  • fresh carrot;
  • Bell pepper;
  • 2 tables. l orange juice, sesame oil, mashed peanuts;
  • 1 table. l grape seed oil;
  • a quarter of tea l chili peppers.

Fry shrimp in grape oil for several minutes.

Three carrots, pepper, cut into thin strips, broom, break into not very large pieces, mix everything. Juice, chili and sesame. mix the oil. Combine vegetables and citrus with shrimp and season with sauce.

Royal salad with red caviar, shrimp and crab sticks

  • peeled shrimp - 300 gr;
  • crab sticks - 250 gr;
  • squid - 300 gr;
  • caviar - 50-70 gr;

First, prepare the squid: pour boiling water, peel and viscera, boil in salted boiling water for 2-4 minutes. Next, they need to be doused with boiling water and cut into strips.

Shrimps are prepared: rinsed, boiled in boiling water for 8-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, we cut the sticks into thin strips, roughly three cheese, squeeze the garlic in the press. We combine all components in a deep salad bowl, add caviar and season with mayonnaise.

Caesar salad with shrimps

Caesar with shrimp - an interesting option for the well-known Caesar salad based on seafood.

To prepare a meal in two servings, the following products are needed:

  • lettuce leaves - 1 bunch;
  • Parmesan cheese - 40-50 gr;
  • large shrimp - 10 units;
  • May honey - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • lemon juice - 1.5 tsp;
  • olive. oil - 1 tbsp. l for marinade and a little for frying;
  • salt - a pair of pinch;
  • pepper;
  • salad croutons with garlic - 30 gr;
  • Caesar salad dressing.

First of all, wash and pickle the shrimp in salt, pepper, oil and honey. It will take half an hour to marinate.

Heat oil in a pan, and fry shrimp carcasses on each side for 3-5 minutes. Readiness is determined by the transparency of the meat - the whiter it is, the better the shrimp is fried, that is, raw and transparent carcasses should become dull.

Rinse the salad well, dry it, manually tear into small pieces and put in a salad bowl. Season with a little Caesar sauce and mix. Sprinkle crackers on top, then grated cheese and shrimp last. Pour everything over with sauce and serve immediately.

On a note. To let the salad leaves be crispy and look as fresh as possible, soak them in cold water an hour before cooking.

Squids can be used canned or fresh. In the first case, the brine is simply drained from them and cut into strips, in the second - boiled in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then cooled, cut into strips.

The salad is collected in layers: squid straws, grated yolks, a layer of mayonnaise, half prepared shrimp, grated proteins, a layer of mayonnaise, a uniform layer of caviar. Spread the remaining shrimp tails around the salad, garnish with olives and greens.

It is recommended to let the salad soak for about an hour in the refrigerator.

Shrimp potato salad

  • potatoes - 4 units;
  • eggs - 2 large;
  • medium or large shrimp - 300-350 gr;

Based on 2 servings, you need to take:

  • 400 gr of champignons;
  • 3 boiled chicken eggs;
  • 130 gr peeled shrimp cannons;
  • 130 g canned pineapple;
  • 80 g parmesan;
  • 200 g mayonnaise;
  • 50 gr post. raff. oils.
