Salad with Crab Sticks and Corn

With Korean carrots

Original recipe with fried crab sticks
Components: 230 g of fresh oyster mushrooms (or other forest mushrooms), medium onion, 90 g of juicy crab sticks, 2 very large eggs, hard-boiled in advance, 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise, salt, a mixture of colored ground peppers.
- Mushrooms, cut into small pieces, are fried in hot oil for a couple of minutes.
- Then onion cubes are added onion cubes. Together, the ingredients are fried for another 7-8 minutes. Mushrooms with onions are transferred to a separate container.
- Crab sticks chopped in any convenient manner are poured into the remaining oil. Fry them before browning. In this case, it is necessary to ensure that the pieces are not much untwisted.
