There are many good varieties of smoked sausage salad. Almost all of them are especially liked by the hostesses due to their simplicity and speed of cooking. Most of the ingredients in such salads do not require heat treatment, so their recipes will help out even in the case of suddenly popping guests.

The simplest salad with smoked sausage

Ingredients:

  • ½ kilogram of white cabbage (preferably young);
  • 250 g of cooked smoked sausage;
  • 2 fresh strong cucumbers;
  • salted classic mayonnaise.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the cucumbers and peel off the peel with a thin layer using a special vegetable peeler. Grind the rest with a special “Korean” grater.
  2. Chop cabbage very finely with a sharp knife. Then you must definitely stretch it with your hands. This will make the vegetable softer and tastier.

Such a salad with cabbage and sausage is best seasoned with ordinary salted mayonnaise. But it can be replaced with sour cream.

With the addition of crackers

Ingredients:

  • 150 g of quality smoked sausage;
  • 150 g of wheat crackers (best of all, home-made);
  • 1 sour cucumber;
  • canned corn to taste;
  • 3 pre-cooked eggs;
  • green onions;
  • salt and sauce.

Cooking:

  1. Cut the sausage and sour cucumber into strips of about the same size.
  2. Add large cubes of cooled and peeled eggs.
  3. Pour in corn without marinade. Its amount must be adjusted to your liking.
  4. Mix half of the crackers immediately with the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Season the salad with the selected sauce and salt. You can take mayonnaise for this.

Garnish a salad with crackers and smoked sausage with green onions (other greens are also suitable). Sprinkle the remaining crackers on top.

Corn Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 fresh carrot;
  • 150 g smoked sausage with a little fat;
  • 1 can of sweet canned corn grains;
  • classic mayonnaise;
  • 1 fresh cucumber;
  • "Curly" parsley;
  • fine salt.

Cooking:

  1. Peel and chop sausage with small straws.
  2. Prepare a fresh cucumber in the same way. If desired, it can be removed from a dense skin or left in its original form.
  3. Add grated fresh carrots and corn kernels squeezed from marinade to other products in a common bowl.
  4. Pour the chopped "curly" parsley, salt everything and pour with mayonnaise.

Smoked Bean Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 sticks of smoked sausage;
  • 2 pre-cooked chicken eggs;
  • onion and carrot;
  • fresh garlic;
  • 150 g canned beans of any color;
  • sunflower oil, salt and mayonnaise (optional).

Cooking:

  1. Peel the sausage from the film, even if it is thin and barely noticeable, and chop it with a thin, long straw.
  2. Finely chop the onion and carrot. Fry until golden brown on a small amount of sunflower oil and cool the mass.
  3. Coarsely rub the eggs.
  4. Mix everything, add beans without marinade and crushed garlic. The latter can be used from 1 to 4 cloves, to your liking.
  5. Salt appetizer, mix well

If the oil from roasting was not enough, then you can additionally season such a salad with mayonnaise.

Cooking with Korean Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 250 g home-made or store-bought spicy carrots;
  • 1 can of canned sweet corn;
  • 250 g of delicious smoked sausage;
  • 1 PC. onion turnips;
  • 1 sour apple;
  • ½ tbsp olive mayonnaise;
  • salt.

Cooking:

  1. Finely chop the onion and fry until golden. The main thing is to carefully monitor the vegetable in a pan so that it does not burn out.
  2. Peel the sausage and cut into neat straws. In the same way chop an apple without a peel and seed box.
  3. Peppers, rinse well from seeds and cut into small cubes.
  4. Mix everything in a single bowl. Use onions already cooled.

Season salad with Korean carrots with salted olive oil.

Corn Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pickled cucumber and 1 fresh;
  • 150 g of sausage (smoked) with a minimum amount of fat;
  • 1 raw carrot;
  • half a can of canned peas and corn;
  • salt and classic mayonnaise.

Cooking:

  1. Cut the sausage and pickled cucumber into the same neat straw.
  2. Rub the fresh carrots. It looks much more spectacular in a salad after processing with a special Korean grater.
  3. Also chop fresh cucumber and skin. Squeeze its straw with your hands from excess fluid.
  4. Put all products in piles next to each other on a flat dish. There also send corn and peas.

Squeeze a large portion of salted mayonnaise in the middle of the plate.

With chinese cabbage

Ingredients:

  • 3 pre-cooked eggs;
  • 350 g of Chinese cabbage;
  • 200 g smoked sausage;
  • 150 g of already grated hard cheese;
  • 1 can of canned peas;
  • 2 to 4 garlic cloves;
  • a bunch of dill;
  • sour cream, pepper, salt.

Cooking:

  1. Peking is very finely chopped into a deep bowl.
  2. Pour a thin long sausage straw to the cabbage.

  1. Fry small pieces of mushrooms and onions in preheated vegetable oil.
  2. When the roasting is already browned, add pre-cooked, cooled and finely grated carrots to it. Cook the vegetables a couple more minutes. If desired, flavor the mass with your favorite spices.
  3. Cut into small cubes the smoked sausage peeled from the film and pickled cucumbers without brine.
  4. Put all the products in a roomy bowl and send them half the crumbled chips and cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g smoked sausage;

  • 1 bunch of greenery;
  • classic mayonnaise and salt.

Cooking:

  1. Rub the cooled eggs as finely as possible and pour into a salad bowl.
