It is not known for certain who came up with the tenderness salad with chicken during the Soviet Union. However, since its inception, the dish is prepared in almost all houses for the holidays or on weekends. Now you can find various variations of the salad, with the addition of mushrooms and dried fruits. The appetizer is traditionally dressed with mayonnaise sauce, which, if prepared independently, will be healthy and low-calorie.

Classic Tenderness Salad with Chicken

In the classic version, the dish is prepared from:

  • chicken fillet - 400 g;
  • eggs - 3-5 pcs.;
  • onions, carrots - 1 pc.;
  • hard cheese - 90 g;
  • mayonnaise - 100 g;
  • salt, ground black pepper - to taste.

Rinse chicken, boil and chop finely. Cut fresh onions like a roast, add hot water and leave for several minutes to eliminate bitterness.

Grate boiled eggs, not forgetting to leave 1 yolk for decoration.
Grind cheese and carrots with a grater.

All products are stacked in layers - in the form or randomly on the dish. First, meat cutting with spices and mayonnaise sauce, after squeezed onions, eggs, carrots, sauce, spices and cheese. With the addition of prunes

A few additional ingredients will help improve the taste of a traditional snack. Salad "Tenderness" with chicken and prunes is not only tasty, but also attractive.

  • chicken fillet - 300 g;
  • prunes - 150 g;
  • eggs - 2-4 pcs.;
  • fresh cucumbers - a couple of small ones;
  • walnuts - 6 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise sauce;
  • greens.

The meat should be boiled in salted water and cut into small strips. After the remaining water can be used as a broth for the preparation of other dishes. Boiled yolks with squirrels and a cucumber are cut into small cubes. The right amount of prune is poured with boiling water, the kernels are crushed with a knife.

Products are laid out in suitable dishes. First, meat and mayonnaise net, after chopped prunes, walnuts and a little sauce. Next come the eggs and cucumbers. From above everything is beautifully covered with mayonnaise in the form of ruffles, sprinkled with yolk from above. Green cucumbers and some greens are laid out on the sides.

Mushroom and Chicken Recipe

By March 8 or any other holiday, exquisitely serve a salad with mushrooms and chicken, which will be an excellent addition to the festive table.

It is being prepared on the basis of:

  • champignons - 400 g;
  • hard cheese - 250 g;
  • boiled proteins and yolks - 3 pieces each;
  • poultry meat - 500 g;

Boil poultry meat, separate from the bones, if it is not a filet. Cut it into small pieces. Fry mushrooms with onions until golden brown, grate the cheese with boiled eggs on a grater with small cells.

To prepare it, you should stock up:

  • chicken breast - 350 g;
  • onion;
  • eggs - 6 pcs.;
  • canned pineapples - 450 g;
  • cheese - 180 g;
  • sour cream and mayonnaise - 0.5 tbsp each .;
  • garlic - 4 cloves;
  • salt, pepper;
  • vinegar - 8 ml.

Eggs and breast are boiled separately. Onions are chopped and marinated in vinegar, pineapples are diced, the cheese is grated.

At the bottom of a large plate is laid out meat, a little salt with pepper and a sauce made from sour cream, mayonnaise, and a small amount of garlic. Onion, eggs, salt to taste and sauce are laid out on top. Next comes the cheese, some dressing and canned pineapple. Before serving, it is recommended to let the salad soak. How to cook with cucumber?

Inexpensive foods, rich vitamin composition - salad with chicken and cucumber will help complement the menu, making it more festive.

Preparing a dish from:

  • chicken pulp - 430 g;
  • cucumbers - 3 pcs.;
  • eggs - a couple of pieces;
  • onions - 2 small heads;
  • hard cheese - 120 g;
  • salt, mayonnaise.

Marinate the meat in your favorite spices, wrap in foil and bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for 40 minutes. Boil eggs, chop vegetables. Pickle onions in water or vinegar, grate the cheese.

Put chopped meat on the dish, (part), onion, salt, season with sauce. After that there are eggs, cucumbers, dressing and the remaining meat cuts. All this is poured with mayonnaise, sprinkled with cheese.

To decorate, a smooth cucumber should be peeled and cut into thin plates. Twist the plates into a roll and spread over the entire surface of the salad. Optionally, add sprigs of parsley and dill.

Smoked chicken

Preparing a snack from:

  • smoked chicken meat - 280 g;
  • eggs - a couple of pieces;
  • fresh champignons - 280 g;
  • Luke;
  • apples
  • hard cheese - 280 g;
  • prunes - a handful;
  • cucumbers - 3 small vegetables;
  • chopped walnuts - a little more than half a glass;
  • dill, parsley;
  • vegetable fat, mayonnaise.

Cut and fry the mushrooms with onion in vegetable fat. Chicken with prunes and eggs are chopped, cucumbers are cut into small pieces. Grated apple and cheese, finely chop the greens.

Lay out meat, dried fruits, frying, greens, apples and nuts, eggs, cucumber and grated cheese in layers. Everything is smeared with sauce, to taste you can add a few spices.   • crab sticks - 250 g;
  • potatoes - a couple of pieces;
  • fresh cucumbers - 2 small fruits;
  • chicken eggs - a couple of pieces;
  • hard cheese - 90 g;
  • salt, mayonnaise.

Boil potatoes in their skins, peel and chop using a grater. Grate boiled eggs, do the same with crab sticks. Finely chop the cucumbers or grate, cook the shrimp according to the instructions. When the seafood is ready, pass them through a meat grinder or chop finely. The cheese product is grated with large holes.

Lay out potatoes, a little sauce, eggs, crab slices with mayonnaise in layers. Next shrimp, cucumbers, cheese. Each layer is smeared with mayonnaise, optionally salted. For decoration, the salad is sprinkled with yolks and decorated with shrimps with herbs.

Tenderness Salad with Chicken and Smoked Mackerel

A dish is prepared based on:

  • boiled poultry - 280 g;
  • milled portion of smoked mackerel - 160 g;
  • cucumber
  • prunes - 130 g;
  • mayonnaise sauce;
  • eggs - 5 pcs.;
  • salt.

Fish and prepared meat are finely chopped, the cucumber is chopped with a knife. Cut the pre-soaked prunes into small pieces, grate the eggs.

Lay out in layers, smearing each dressing: part of the meat, cucumbers and the remaining meat. Next come prunes, eggs and mackerel (left open without sauce). Leave the snack for soaking for 60 minutes, then serve.
