Salad “Lover” is certainly an interesting dish. And what a name is worth! But most importantly, such an appetizer consists of delicious ingredients that create a real culinary masterpiece.

Classic salad "Mistress"
The classic recipe involves the use of a minimum set of products, but at the same time the finished dish comes out spicy and certainly not ordinary.
For the dish you will need:
- two cloves of garlic;
- two medium boiled beets;
- mayonnaise to your taste;
- about 50 grams of prunes, nuts and raisins;
- two carrots;
- 150 grams of hard cheese.
Cooking process:
- Peel the carrots, grate and mix with raisins. Season with mayonnaise.
- Separately combine the grated cheese with crushed garlic and mix with mayonnaise too.
- Grind the beets, add mayonnaise, finely chopped prunes and broken nuts.
- We prepare a salad bowl and spread everything in layers. First, mass with carrots, then with cheese and cover with beetroot mixture.
- We decorate the dish with the remaining nuts, dried fruits and grated cheese. Before serving, cool.
With beets, carrots and raisins
Mistress salad with beets and carrots includes almost the same ingredients as the classic version, with the exception of prunes.
Required Products:
- two beets;
- three cloves of garlic;
- 100 grams of raisins;
- 50 grams of nuts;
- mayonnaise to your taste;
- two carrots;
- 150 grams of cheese.
Cooking process:
- Recipe with raisins is considered the simplest. We prepare the container in which we will spread the salad. And the first layer we put in it grated carrots mixed with raisins and mayonnaise.
- The second layer is grated cheese, also seasoned with mayonnaise, and garlic, transferred or finely chopped.
- The final layer is boiled beets, grated and mixed with crushed nuts and mayonnaise.
- Before serving, the dish can be decorated with fresh herbs and be sure to cool a little.
With pomegranate and green onions
Required Products:
- 200 grams of cheese;
- fresh chives;
- two carrots;
- one boiled beet;
- 100 grams of nuts;
- 0.2 kg of pomegranate seeds;
- mayonnaise to taste;
- two cloves of garlic;
- about 80 grams of raisins.
Cooking process:
- Immediately take a transparent dish for salad - it will be laid out in layers.
- First, put grated carrots mixed with chopped nuts and mayonnaise into the dish.
- The second layer will go cheese with transferred garlic and mayonnaise.
- Then combine the grated carrot with raisins and season with mayonnaise too. This will be the third layer.
- It remains only to cover the surface of the dish with a layer of pomegranate seeds, and on the perimeter to decorate with onion feathers.
With mushrooms
Required Products:
- 50 grams of raisins, nuts;
- one carrot and beetroot;
- mayonnaise to your taste;
- 100 grams of cheese and as many mushrooms;
- two cloves of garlic.
Cooking process:
- To begin, boil the vegetables until completely soft, then grate. Next, you will need to mix the ingredients for each layer separately and do not forget to add mayonnaise to them.
- The first layer is to send carrots and raisins to the salad bowl.
- The second will be crushed cheese and crushed garlic. On top of them are mushrooms. If they are pickled, then simply cut them and put them in a dish. Using fresh mushrooms, fry them previously in a pan.
- And the third layer is formed by beets with nuts.
- We remove the dish for a while in the refrigerator, after which we serve it chilled to the table.
Salad "French Mistress"
Required Products:
- 50 grams of cheese;
- one carrot and onion;
- 300 grams of chicken;
- a glass of raisins and nuts;
- one small orange;
- mayonnaise to your taste.
Cooking process:
- Boil the chicken fillet until cooked, chop the onion into rings, grind the carrots and cheese with a grater.
- We chop nuts with a knife (into small crumbs, but not into dust). Peel the orange and also cut into small pieces.
- We prepare the dish and proceed to the assembly. We spread the chicken with mayonnaise as the first layer, then the onion with the same sauce.
- Next will go raisins and carrots (all also with dressing).
- We cover the dish with a layer of cheese, coat it with an elegant mayonnaise net, on top of which we spread nuts, oranges and quite a bit of raisins for decoration.
With prunes and pineapples
Required Products:
- a can of pineapples;
- one boiled beet;
- two carrots;
- mayonnaise to taste;
- three cloves of garlic;
- 100 grams of prunes;
- 0.2 kg of cheese.
Cooking process:
- Immediately take a salad bowl and begin to lay out a snack. We rub the beets, combine with chopped prunes and mayonnaise, put on the bottom of the container.
- Grind cheese and garlic, season with mayonnaise and put in a second layer.
- Grated carrots and mayonnaise are distributed over the cheese mixture.
- Salad is decorated with pineapple slices and nuts.
Cooking with Kiwi and Chicken
Required Products:
- about 70 grams of raisins;
- three kiwis;
- one boiled beet;
- 0.2 kg of cheese;
- mayonnaise to your taste;
- one boiled chicken;
- third of a glass of nuts.
Cooking process:
- In a salad bowl, first place the boiled, cooled and chopped into thin bars chicken. Spread it with mayonnaise.
- Next will go raisins and peeled, chopped kiwi. We also cover it with a layer of mayonnaise.
- Now it’s the turn of grated beets and nuts in a blender. You can cut them with a knife.
- We complete the dish by sprinkling it abundantly with grated cheese on a fine grater.
Meat salad "Mistress"
Required Products:
- 300 grams of beef meat;
- two pickled cucumbers;
- mayonnaise to taste;
- two eggs;
- 100 grams of walnuts.
Cooking process:
- Boil the meat until tender in slightly salted water and cut into small pieces after it has cooled.
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes to a "hard-boiled" state and rub.
- We begin to collect the salad and first put some of the meat on the bottom of the salad bowl, steaming it with mayonnaise.
- Then comes a layer of cucumbers that need to be grated or chopped very finely. We also miss them.
- We spread the chopped eggs, form a mayonnaise net and lay the meat layer again.
- Garnish the dish with nuts and refrigerate before serving.
