- The apple will add a pleasant sourness to the treat - it is used in the salad instead of fruit vinegar. It must be crushed using a grater with medium holes and sent to the rest of the components.
- Pepper gets rid of the stalk and seeds and cut into small cubes. You can use both red and yellow pods, or even half of one and the second.
- All greens are well washed, brushed off excess fluid and finely chopped.
- It remains to mix the components, salt them and season with sunflower oil.
