The discussed rolls got their name due to the combination of red fish and gentle Philadelphia cream cheese cream. Today it can be found in any large supermarket. But it’s best to make such roll cheese yourself.

Ingredients: a full glass of medium-fat sour cream (20%), ½ tsp. lemon fresh, half a liter of natural unsweetened yogurt, 1/3 tsp. fine salt.
