- 70 ml of dry white wine;
- 300 ml of chicken stock;
- 300 g of rice;

- ½ liter of broth;

- ½ head of garlic;
- 200 g of green peas;

- 250 g of rice;
- 800 ml of broth;
- a piece of cheese;
- 100 ml of wine;
- large onion;
- a stack of olive oil;
- some butter;
- salt, spices and herbs.
Scheme for creating an original dish:
- Onions are cut into cubes, fillets are cut into slices, mushrooms are cut into slices.
