  • 1000 ml of milk;
  • 200 g of rice cereal;
  • 200 g of crystalline sugar;
  • 50 g butter in porridge and a little more to grease the baking dish;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 30 g breadcrumbs.

Recipe step by step:

  1. Pour the washed rice groats with milk, add half the prescription amount of sugar to it and send to the fire. After boiling, boil the porridge for 15-20 minutes.In order for the casserole to obtain the necessary consistency, the cereal must be washed at least seven times to clear water or take packaged steamed rice from bags.
  2. After removing rice milk porridge from the heat, put butter in it, mix until it dissolves and leave to cool to room temperature.
  3. Separate the yolks from the proteins and grind with the remaining sugar, then mix them with rice. Beat the whisk with a mixer in a stable foam, which gently mix with a spoon to the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Grease the baking dish with soft butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, transfer the rice mass into it and cook within half an hour at 180 degrees in the oven.

With minced meat

Oven casserole with minced meat in the oven is prepared from the following grocery set:

  • 220 g round rice;
  • 350 g of minced meat;
  • 80 g of onions;
  • 90 g carrots;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 20 g sour cream (mayonnaise);
  • 30 ml of sunflower oil;
  • 30 ml of drinking water;
  • salt and black pepper to taste.

How to cook:

  1. Put the washed rice to boil in salted water until tender. Meanwhile, do the meat component.
  2. First, lightly fry the minced meat in vegetable oil, then add carrots chopped into cubes and grated on it. Reduce the fire and cook until soft and caramel-colored vegetables.
  3. In a greased form, put half the rice in even layers no more than 2 cm thick, on it - fried minced meat with vegetables and the next layer - the remaining half of the rice.
  4. Beat a raw chicken lightly with sour cream and water. Pour the casserole evenly over the mixture with the resulting mixture. This will help hold it together and not fall apart later. Cook for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Curd Rice Casserole

Cottage cheese - rice casserole is not only tasty, but also healthy.

To prepare this delicious dish of cottage cheese and rice you will need:

  • 350 g of boiled rice or rice porridge;
  • 250 g of cottage cheese;
  • 100 g of sugar;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 3 g of salt;
  • 3 g of vanillin;
  • vegetable oil and semolina to prepare the form.

Baking sequence:

  1. Grated cottage cheese through a sieve, combine with eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat these ingredients with a mixer for three to five minutes. Then mix thoroughly with rice porridge.
  2. Grease the form with vegetable oil and sprinkle with dry semolina. Transfer prepared curd-rice mass to it. Bake for about 60 minutes, temperature - 180 degrees. Serve can be slightly cooled and cold.

In a slow cooker

For a dish, rice casserole in a slow cooker should prepare the following products:

  • 300 g of boiled rice;
  • 180 g sour cream;
  • 100 g of apple;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 90 g of sugar;
  • 50 g of raisins;
  • 15 g butter;
  • 5 g of cinnamon powder.

We prepare as follows:

  1. Beat whisk lightly with sour cream, eggs and 2/3 of the amount of sugar. Put boiled rice and washed raisins in this mass, mix.
  2. Remove the core from the apple, cut into strips and mix with the remaining sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Place half of the rice mixture in a greased electric pan. Spread apple straws on it evenly, on top - the remaining rice mass, on top of which spread small pieces of butter.
  4. Cook the casserole using the “Bake” option for 50 minutes. After cooking, allow the dish to cool slightly in the slow cooker, and then turn the steam cooker on the wire rack and cool before serving.

Rice Porridge Casserole

Left milk porridge? No problem! You can always make a delicious casserole from it.

To make a rice milk porridge casserole, you need:

  • 400 ml of milk;
  • 100 g of rice cereal;
  • 120 g of sugar;
  • 30 g butter;
  • 3 yolks of chicken eggs;
  • 2-3 g of vanillin;
  • salt to taste.

Stages of preparation:

  1. First of all, we cook milk rice porridge. In a saucepan of suitable size, boil milk, pour washed grains into it, put butter. Cook until rice is cooked.
  2. Grind the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla. Combine the resulting mixture with rice porridge, after which the mass should be similar in consistency to a cream.
  3. Transfer to a prepared form, which should spend 40 minutes in the oven at 170 degrees

To casserole of rice porridge covered with a delicious caramel crust, the mold for it should be greased with oil and crushed with sugar.

Option for the smallest

Rice casserole as in kindergarten for the smallest is prepared from:

  • 180 g of rice;
  • 500 ml of milk;
  • 200 g of sugar;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 100 g of raisins;
  • 100 g butter;
  • 2 g of vanillin.

The sequence of actions:

  1. Boil the washed rice in water for 10 minutes after boiling it. Then drain the water, and pour the rice with milk heated to a boil and cook until fully cooked.
  2. Eggs are divided into proteins and yolks. Beat the first in lush, strong foam, and grind the yolks with a whisk with vanilla and sugar until all grains are completely dissolved.
  3. Mix boiled rice with soft butter and yolks. After that, with extreme accuracy, introduce protein foam so that the mass does not fall.
  4. Transfer the prepared rice into a form (you can take individual portioned tins) and bake for 35 minutes until golden brown at 200 degrees.

With fruits and cottage cheese

Fruits diversify the appearance of casseroles.

For the option of rice casserole with cottage cheese and fruits, you can use any fruit and berries to taste, with the proportions of the ingredients being as follows:

  • 100 rice;
  • 250 g of cottage cheese;
  • 100 g of crystalline sugar;
  • 5-10 g of vanilla sugar;
  • 2-3 chicken eggs;
  • 50 g butter;
  • fruits or berries to taste.

Working process:

  1. Rinse the rice groats until cooked in water or milk.
  2. To beat soft butter, cottage cheese, yolks, vanilla and ordinary sugar with a hand blender until smooth. Turn the proteins with a mixer into lush foam.
  3. Combine boiled rice, curd and whipped proteins. Then transfer this mass to the prepared form, and lay the washed, dried and chopped (if necessary) fruits or berries on top.
  4. Cook the casserole in the oven at 160-180 degrees. Depending on the diameter of the form, a sweet rice casserole will be ready in 30-40 minutes.

With bananas in the oven

To cook a rice casserole with an exotic fruit (banana) you will need:

  • 90 g of rice cereal;
  • 250 ml of milk;
  • 100 g bananas;
  • 100 g shortbread cookies;
  • 30 g of sugar;
  • 15 ml of vegetable oil;
  • 3 g of salt.

Description of the preparation:

  1. Cook rice cereal in milk. Chop the flesh of the banana, and grind the cookies into crumbs.

Not only delicious, but also bright vitamin casserole can be prepared from rice and pumpkin. In this case, the following products are required:

  • 500 g of pumpkin pulp;
  • 250 ml of milk;
  • 200 g of apples;
  • 100 g dried apricots, raisins;
  • 60 g of rice cereal;
  • 40 g butter;
  • sugar and cinnamon to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Prepare crumbly porridge from rice in milk. Cut the pulp of pumpkin into cubes, and chop the apple into thin slices. Lightly stain the sunny vegetable and apple in butter.
  2. At the bottom greased with butter, lay the apples with pumpkin, crush them with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon, distribute the rice porridge mixed with dried fruits with the next layer.
  3. Grease the top of the casserole with butter and put in the oven for half an hour. The oven temperature should be set at 180 degrees.
