- 8 tomatoes;
- 4 chicken eggs (or 16 quail);
- 200 grams of processed or hard cheese;
- 3-4 large cloves of garlic;
- 150 grams of mayonnaise;
- salt;

We execute sequentially:
- Hard-boiled eggs (cook for at least 12 minutes). After cooking, dip them in cold water until cool.
- Wash tomatoes, cut off the top with a tail. Remove the inside carefully.
- Peel the cooled eggs, rinse under running water (to remove the remains of the shell). Grate on a fine grater or a special egg slicer.
- Grate the cheese on a grater (preferably fine). Connect it with the eggs.
