- 150-200 grams of hard cheese;
- a bit of oregano;
- a tablespoon of thick tomato paste + 1 ripe tomato (replaced by tomatoes cooked in their own juice).
Technology:
- Pour 2/3 of the prepared flour into a bowl, mix with all other loose ingredients.
- Add water (it should not be cold, about body temperature), mix well, breaking the lumps.
- Pour the remaining flour carefully, knead a tight, obedient dough.
- Put it in the refrigerator for an hour and a half to rise, covering the bowl with a towel.
- Prepare everything for the filling. Cook the chicken until cooked. To make the chicken juicy, it must be lowered into already boiling salted water!
- Drain the broth (you can make soup from it), cool the meat, cut into small cubes.
- Pineapples are left in circles, but it will be more convenient to eat if they are also cut into cubes.
- Roll a layer of dough thinly, it should almost be seen through.
- Lubricate the baking dish with a small amount of vegetable oil, lay out the dough, cut off the excess edges.
- Thoroughly grease the dough with tomato paste, spread the tomatoes cut into thin rounds, on top - chicken fillet, then pineapples.
- Put the pizza to bake at 180 degrees.
- Grate the cheese, after 30 minutes put it on the pizza.
- Bake another 10 minutes.

- a tablespoon of ketchup;
- 150 grams of chicken;

How to cook?
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough. Consistency should be like for fritters.
- Boil the chicken in salted water, cool and chop.
- Grind the pineapples and tomatoes into cubes, cut the ham into strips.
- Pour the dough into a pan, distribute it so that it covers the entire surface of the bottom. Gently spread the ketchup on top.
- Put chicken, tomatoes and pineapples, ham, spread the grated cheese on top.
- Cover the pan, cook for a quarter of an hour over moderate heat.

Homemade pizza with mushrooms
