Grease the dough with sauce, spread the sliced sausages, onion rings, cucumber and mozzarella slices on top and send to bake.

Smoked sausage pizza

Smoked sausage is the most popular filling among Russians. Supermarkets sell pre-made sets of pizza sausages. For one base, just enough packaging or 200 g of plain smoked sausage.

In addition to sausage, you will need:

  • Bulgarian sweet pepper;

Pan recipe

For a frying pan, the usual yeast-free dough is quite suitable. For example, it can be made on sour cream and mayonnaise, you get a very soft tender base, although not quite similar to a classic Italian pizza.

We take:

  • 4 tablespoons of sour cream and mayonnaise;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 8 full tablespoons of flour;
  • some salt.

In a bowl, beat the eggs lightly, add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. The dough will be sparse, a little thin. Arrange it in a thickly greased frying pan so that the edges are thickened, and the middle remains thin.

Choose a large diameter pan, otherwise the base will be too thick.

Put three tablespoons of tomato paste or homemade adjika on the dough. Distribute it on the base, put any components of the filling on top - for example, slices of sausage, mushrooms, as well as onion and a little dry grass. Cover everything very generously with grated cheese, cover and put on a minimum heat for 20 minutes.
