Making Pepperoni pizza according to the usual traditional recipe is not difficult, but you will have to spend some time. The recipe consists of several parts, which we will consider in more detail.

Traditional pizza dough

Required Products:

  • 0.25 liters of water;
  • 2 large spoons of olive oil;
  • 3 cups flour;
  • a spoon of salt;
  • 10 grams of salt;
  • 2 small spoons of yeast.

Cooking process:

  1. Pour yeast with warm water, add sugar to them and let this mixture stand for about 10 minutes.
  2. The flour is sent to a deep container, first mix with salt, and then with the yeast mass.
  3. It remains to knead the contents well, so that it becomes smooth and elastic, and clean somewhere for 30 minutes, not forgetting to cover with a towel.

After that, Pepperoni pizza dough can be used for its intended purpose.

Classic Pepperoni Sauce

Required Products:

  • 3 grams of salt;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 0.6 kg of tomatoes;
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • 5 grams of basil and oregano;
  • a spoonful of sugar.

Cooking process:

  1. We wash the tomatoes pour boiling water so that the skin is easily removed, and mashed with a blender. The finished mass must be warmed well over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Required Products:

  • 5 grams of ascorbic acid;
  • 10 grams of sugar;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • up to 2 meters of shell for sausage;
  • 2 kg of pork fillet;
  • 12 grams of anise;
  • 30 grams of nitrite salt;
  • a kilogram of chicken and as much beef;
  • 0.25 liters of dry red wine;
  • 70 grams of salt;
  • a spoonful of cayenne pepper;
  • 40 grams of paprika.

Cooking process:

  1. We grind all the specified meat in a chilled form through a meat grinder and beat it well on a hard surface so that it turns white. After that, remove the resulting mass in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  2. After this period, add the remaining ingredients from the list, knead everything and fill the shell with the prepared meat. It must be bandaged every 25 centimeters and let out air.
  3. We dry the sausage for about 12 weeks in a cool room with a temperature of +10 degrees.

  • 0.4 kg of dough;

  1. From the dough we make a cake no thicker than five millimeters.

Required Products:

  • 50 milliliters of cream;
  • 0.3 kg of dough;

  • 50 grams of curd cheese;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 0.2 kg of mozzarella.

Cooking process:

  1. Mix the cream and curd cheese, lightly salt the mixture and put the selected herbs in it.

  • herbs;
  • 150 grams of mozzarella;
  • 0.25 kg of pepperoni sausages.

Required Products:

  • 200 grams of pepperoni;
  • one onion;
  • 0.3 kg of dough;
  • 40 grams of sauce;
  • herbs and greens to taste;
  • 0.3 kg Mozzarella.
