● vinegar (9%) - 3 tsp;
● salt - 1 pinch;
● water - 180 ml.
The preparation is as follows:
1. Drive an egg into a glass, add salt, vinegar and vodka, mix until smooth. Pour in so much water that the glass is filled. The liquid preparation for the test is ready.
2. Pour 400 g of flour (about 3 cups) onto the work surface, lay a hole in the slide, pour the liquid billet.
3.Knead the dough: mix the inside of the flour with water, gradually sifting the flour, knead manually for at least 5 minutes. The dough should be smooth and elastic. Then shift into a bowl and tighten with foil. Leave for 1-2 hours.
On a note. To obtain elasticity, you can simply beat it on the work surface many times.
Prepare the oil mixture:
1. To 50 g flour add cold butter and chop with a knife until smooth. Next, put the mixture on a sheet of parchment, cover with a second sheet and roll with a rolling pin to a thickness of 7-10 mm.
2. Put the mixture and rested dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Only three stages of rolling.

Next, fold the opposite side with oil with the previous side. You should get a three-layer dough. After that, stretch the edges of the dough so that you get an even rectangle, and fasten the ends with your fingers.
2. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate again for 30 minutes. After the dough has cooled, put it on a work surface and push it with a rolling pin to distribute the oil.
3. Roll out the dough with a sheet about 1 cm thick. Repeat as in the first paragraph. Cover the dough with cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.
4. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and put it on the side where its layers are visible. Quickly but carefully roll it out. Then again fold the dough into 3 layers, as described previously, and again send it to the refrigerator for half an hour. Repeat the whole process twice.
