Step-by-step preparation:
- Pour milk into a bowl of water.
- We heat the mixture of liquid on the stove and throw the yeast there.
- Pour raw eggs, add salt. With a whisk, mix the contents of the saucepan.
- We carry the flour through a sieve into a saucepan with the milk mixture.
- Hands make the dough. It will turn out a little sticky.
- To facilitate the task, grease the hands with sunflower oil and sculpt a ball from the dough.
- We cover the dishes with a kolobok with a towel and leave to rise for an hour.
- When it doubles, we take it out on the table, crush it with our hands and leave it for another 30 minutes.

- Pour the raw egg and shake the mass with a fork.
