- Shake the eggs in the bowl, add the sweetener, a little salt, pour the butter and the fermented milk product.
- After the mass is combined with sourdough and flour, the dough should come out soft, not stick to your hands, but also not be too clogged with flour. We cover and wait an hour, during this time our base will rise well.
- For the filling, cook potato tubers, crush with oil. Separately, we pass the onion with mushrooms. Then put them in mashed potatoes, salt, pepper and mix.
- From the dough we roll a sausage, the mode into pieces, from each we form a cake. Put the filling in the center of the circle and pinch the edges.
- We cover the baking sheet with parchment, lay out the products, coat with an egg and oven for 20 minutes (temperature 180 ° C).
Lenten Recipe
If there is no milk or eggs in the house or you are fasting, you can bake lean cakes with potatoes and mushrooms, which are as good as milk baked goods. For the filling, we take the same ingredients as for the previous recipe, the only thing for piquancy, you can put a little chopped garlic, and prepare mashed potatoes in vegetable oil.
Ingredients:
- about three glasses of flour;
- 210 ml of water;
- two tablespoons of sweet sand;
- a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- a spoon of yeast;
- half a spoon of salt.
Cooking method:
- Take a spoonful of flour and mix with yeast and two tablespoons of warm water, set aside for ten minutes.
- After we combine the flour with a sweetener, salt, then pour in warm water, yeast mass and butter, knead the dough until it becomes smooth. We cover and wait an hour.
- We divide the base into koloboks, then flatten each ball into a circle, fill it with potato and mushroom billet, pinch the edges and lay it on a baking sheet with parchment.

With pickled mushrooms
