First, a couple of spoons of chocolate dough, then light in the middle of the chocolate circle. Close the lid, select the "Multi-cook" or "Baking" mode and turn it on for an hour.

Kefir recipe
The pie “Zebra” on kefir is very suitable, it turns out incredibly porous, airy.
- 2 eggs;
- a pinch of salt;
- 0.5 stack sugar and as much kefir;
- floor tea tablespoons of soda;
- 150 g of flour and an additional 1 table. a spoon;
- cocoa;
- 50 g of butter.
Beat eggs with salt, gradually adding granulated sugar in small quantities. The mass in the process whitens and increases in volume. Add kefir and slaked soda with lemon juice or vinegar, mix. You can use the mixer at low speed, add flour, warm melted butter. We divide the dough into two equal parts, in one we add a couple of spoons of cocoa, and in the second - flour. Gently mix each part in your bowl so that the consistency is homogeneous.
Then everything is done, as in the previous recipe - the dough is laid out alternately and baked. The finished cake is fragrant, airy and unrealistically delicious.

Cake "Zebra" on sour cream - a simple recipe with a minimum of components:

- 200 g of sour cream and the same amount of oil;

- tsp soda;

- 3 eggs;
