  6. From the second half of the dough, thin flagella are formed that adorn the future cake. The workpiece is left for half an hour at room temperature.

  5. After repeated mixing, the sifted flour begins to pour into the mixture.
  6. The resulting homogeneous dough is transferred to the prepared (dry and oiled) form.
  7. The cake is baked for 40-45 minutes at 180-190 degrees.

The resulting delicacy can be made to your liking. For example, sprinkle with powder, coconut, pour with chocolate icing or condensed milk.

With harvesting of cherry plum

Ingredients: 3 large raw eggs, 420 g sifted high-grade flour, a full glass of cow's milk and the same amount of granulated sugar, 90 ml of sunflower oil, 1.5-2 teaspoons of baking powder, ½ small. tablespoons of salt, 1.5 tbsp. thick jam.

  1. The oven must be turned on in advance to warm up to 180 degrees.
  2. Chilled raw eggs are transferred to ceramic dishes. First they are mixed until smooth with a fork. Further, the product is already processed by the mixer at the initial speed. In the process of beating, sugar is added to the eggs.
  3. When the sand is completely dissolved, and the whole mass turns white and “grows” in volume, salt can be added.
  4. In small portions, oil is poured into the future dough. After mixing, the mass is not diluted with cold milk. At this point, it will become very fluid and begin to bubble. It should be so.
  5. It remains to pour into the base for the cake, the flour carefully sifted with baking powder. With a whisk, all the lumps are carefully broken. The mass should eventually become homogeneous and slightly thicker than the usual biscuit dough. If necessary, the amount of flour can be increased.
  6. The baking dish is covered with oiled parchment and lightly sprinkled with flour. The dough is poured on top in two layers. Between them is a thick jam. If it turned out to be liquidish, the product should be thrown onto a sieve and allowed to drain excess syrup.
  7. The first 7-8 minutes, the cake is baked at the temperature indicated in the first step. Then it decreases to 160 degrees, and the preparation of the dessert continues for another 40-45 minutes.

The finished treat is generously sprinkled with cocoa and sweet powder.

Quince and lemon jam open pie

Ingredients for the test: 90 g butter, egg, 80-90 g sugar, a glass of flour, 2 tbsp. l pure water.

 

For cream: 90 g sugar, 3 egg yolks, a glass of milk, 2 tbsp. l starch (corn), 130 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice.

For the filling: 3-4 pcs. quince, half a lemon, 90 g sugar.

  1. For cream, slightly whipped yolks are poured into the milk, other components are added except juice. The mass is boiled over low heat. Next, orange juice is poured into it.
  2. For the test, grated butter and other ingredients are combined. Water flows last. The mass rolls into a ball and takes off in the cold for half an hour.
  3. The dough is distributed in the form, pierced in several places with a fork and sent to bake in the oven for 20 minutes at medium temperature.
  4. Quince is peeled, cut into pieces and sent to cook along with thin slices of lemon in sugar syrup.
