  3. Grease the baking dish with butter, roll out the dough separately and lay it out by lifting the edges. Lay the filling evenly.
  4. Beat eggs, pour cream and rub cheese.Mix everything and pour the composition of the pie.
  5. Preheat the oven to C, place the base for 40 minutes.
  6. Cool the finished cake and serve.

Pancake Recipe

Components for pancakes:

  • a pound of flour;
  • a glass of kefir;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • in half tsp salts and soda;
  • 45 ml of sunflower oil.

For filling:

  • a pound of chicken breast;
  • half a kilo of any fresh mushrooms;
  • a glass of mayonnaise;
  • 1 onion;
  • 45 ml of olive oil;
  • greens, bay leaf;
  • salt and pepper.

Method for making pancake pie with chicken and mushrooms:

  1. First make the filling, as the process is long. Finely chop the mushrooms and vegetables. Slightly fry the onions, add the mushrooms and a little water. Put out. Add salt and simmer until water evaporates. Stir the mushrooms and half the greens.
  2. Put the meat in water and boil, rinse under the tap and put on the stove again. When it boils, salt and toss the bay leaf. Cook until cooked, then split into fibers. Mix greens, mayonnaise and chicken.
  3. We make dough for pancakes. Beat eggs with salt, pour kefir and vegetable oil. Sift flour and pour in a thin stream into the liquid mass, mix thoroughly. Dissolve soda in a glass of boiling water and combine with the dough.

Jellied pie with chicken and mushrooms

Components:

  • a glass of kefir and flour;
  • 3 onions and eggs;
  • 50 g butter;
  • 0.3 kg of chicken meat and mushrooms;
  • a pinch of pepper, soda and salt.

Cooking Method:

  1. Chicken and chop, add salt and pepper at the end. Separately, fry the onions with rings, chop the mushrooms and add to the onions. Put out another 5 minutes.

  • 0.2 kg of mushrooms;
  • 200 g Adyghe and hard cheese;
  • 0.3 kg of chicken breast;
  • 3 g of salt.

Outside:

  • 1 egg
  • a tablespoon of sesame seeds.

Cooking process:

  1. Melt the butter, let it cool, combine with milk at room temperature. Add flour, salt and soda slowly.
  2. Knead the dough so that it is not sticky, but remains soft and buttery. Wrap in a film and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  3. Fry finely chopped onions, after a while add coarsely chopped mushrooms. Add some salt.

  • 300 g of porcini mushrooms;
  • 350 g of potatoes;
  • 1 chicken breast;
  • 1 onion;
  • 150 g of hard cheese;
  • mayonnaise.

How to cook:

  1. Dissolve sugar with yeast in milk. Leave on for 15 minutes until the dough rises.
  2. Beat eggs with salt separately, pour in oil. Combine the mixture with dough. Pour in flour and knead the dough. Cover and clean for 30 minutes in heat.
  3. Finely chop the breast, fry, salt. Cook the potatoes until half cooked and cut into round slices.
  4. Cut mushrooms into slices, onion in half rings, grate cheese on a coarse grater.
  5. Put the dough into the greased form, and form the sides. Lubricate with mayonnaise and spread layers: mushrooms, meat, onions, potatoes. Pepper on top and grease again with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

  • 1 egg

  • 2 eggs;
  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • a bunch of greenery.

Cooking method:
