A set of ingredients:

  • white cabbage - 500 g;
  • chicken eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • butter and vegetable oil - 100 g each;
  • white flour - 1 tbsp .;
  • sweet sand - 5 g;
  • sour cream (any fat content) - 250 g;
  • table salt - 10 g;
  • baking powder - 5 g.

We start cooking with the preparation of the filling. Finely chop the cabbage and pour over salt. Actively shake hands so that the cabbage starts up the juice. We leave the filling in this state for 5 minutes. If you use old cabbage, then you need to stew it for 10 minutes in a frying pan with vegetable oil and some water.

For kneading, combine sour cream with chicken eggs. Put softened oil in this base, stir. During kneading along the way we lay salt, sweet sand, baking powder. At the very end of the batch, pour in parts flour, previously sifted through a sieve, until a dough is obtained, with a consistency like sour cream.

Pour half the prepared dough into the oiled capacity of the multicooker, pour the cabbage juice on top and spread the cabbage on top. We close the filling with the remaining dough.

We set the multicooker bowl back, activate the “Baking” mode, select the time 1 hour and press “Start”.

After the final signal, you should not immediately get the cake, it must be given a quarter of an hour to stand.

Then we take out the pie, cut into portioned slices and serve, sprinkled with fresh herbs.

Jellied cabbage pie with egg

Baking such a plan is often called "lazy" because no need to wait for proofing the dough and no need to sculpt anything. It is enough to prepare the batter, pour it into the mold and bake in the oven or slow cooker.

A set of products (for dough):

  • white flour - 1 tbsp .;
  • baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • chicken egg - 3 pcs.;
  • kefir - 1 tbsp .;
  • table salt - 2/3 tsp

A set of products (for filling):

  • boiled eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • table salt - 1 tsp;
  • White cabbage;
  • some lean oil.

First we do the test. In a suitable bowl, break the eggs, beat them until foamy, adding salt.

Add kefir to the lush mass, mix with a whisk.

Now in small portions we introduce the sifted flour together with the baking powder.

We clean the onions with carrots. Grind vegetables: finely three carrots, chop the onion in small cubes. We shred the cabbage, put all the ingredients in a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry until cooked.

Boil hard-boiled eggs, peel them, grind with a knife. Combine the cooled cabbage with chopped eggs, seasoning to taste with spices.

At the bottom of the bowl lay out the prepared filling. Fill everything with batter. Scroll a little and shake the bowl so that the dough better saturates the minced meat. Level the pie with a spatula.

For the dough to succeed, it is necessary to use room temperature products for kneading.

  • kefir - 1 multi-glass;
  • wheat flour - 440 g;
  • granulated sugar - 1 tsp;
  • salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • yeast (dry) - 1 tsp;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp;
  • cabbage - 0.5 kg;
  • onion - 1 head;
  • carrot - 1 pc.

We slightly heat kefir (can be replaced with milk, water, whey, etc.). Add salt, sugar, dry yeast, butter and hammer an egg here. We mix everything well, slowly adding flour. Kneading begins with a whisk, and finish with hands. The result should be a sticky and not very cool dough.

We put the kolobochok into a bowl powdered with flour, cover it and leave it warm until the volume increases three times. The proofing time depends on the temperature, the quality of the yeast and flour. On average, the proofing process will take one and a half to two hours, during which time the dough is periodically knocked down.

While the dough is approaching, peel the onions and carrots from the peel, remove the top leaves from the head and rinse. Finely chop the cabbage, three carrots on a grater, and finely chop the onion.

We spread the carrots with onions in the pan, after five minutes we lay the cabbage. Mix everything, season with spices and fry until soft.

  • white cabbage - 0.5 kg;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • onions - 3-4 heads;
  • basil greens - 2 branches;
  • Provencal herbs - 1 tsp;
  • fat yogurt - 7 tbsp .;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp;
  • wheat flour - 7 tbsp;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
  • drinking soda - 0.5 tsp;
  • some salt.

To make the filling, clean, grind the vegetables. First, brown the carrots with onions, add the cabbage and simmer the filling for a quarter of an hour with little heat. We put spices and herbs, remove from the stove, cool.
