  • 160 ml of milk;

  • 5 g of salt;
  • 20 g of sugar;
  • 1 onion turnip;
  • 5-7 potatoes.

Cooking:

  1. Heat milk and mix with yeast and sugar.Soak for 15 minutes, then melt the butter and pour into the mixture. Stir everything thoroughly and add a little flour. Knead the dough with your hands until elastic.
  2. Give the dough an hour to infuse by covering with a towel on top.
  3. Add the onion to the minced rings with salt, season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • 2 potatoes;
  • 150 g of flour;
  • 2-3 g of a spoon of salt;
  • 80 g of butter.
  • 500 g of minced meat;
  • 1-2 tomatoes;
  • 80 g of cheese;
  • 1 onion;
  • 50 g of frozen vegetable mixture;
  • 5 g of sweet ground paprika;
  • 40-60 g of vegetable oil;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Recipe:

  1. To make the dough, make mashed potatoes from potatoes. Add butter and salt to taste, mix everything. Add flour in portions, stir until a soft dough is obtained.
