  • sifted flour - 50 g;

  • turnip onion - 2 pcs.;
  • egg;
  • flour (preferably corn);
  • fresh sour cream - 60 g.

Cooking:

  1. We process the liver. Chicken product is cut into large pieces, pork - portioned slices.
  2. We drive an egg into the bowl, combine it with a pinch of soda, white sugar, chopped garlic and salt. Mix everything thoroughly. Immerse the liver in the resulting composition, leave it for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
