Classic Peaches Cookies

This is a basic peach cookie recipe. It can be varied in different ways using your favorite filling.

To bake, you will need the following products:

  • half a packet of butter;
  • a glass of granulated sugar;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
  • 2.5 cups flour;
  • sweet filling - jam or condensed milk;
  • baking powder;
  • juice from carrots and beets.

Soften butter, add granulated sugar, grind. Beat in eggs, pour sour cream, gently stir.

Combine the baking powder with flour, pour into the prepared mass, make the dough. Put it in the cold, hold for twenty minutes.

Then form balls of about five centimeters in diameter from the chilled dough. On both sides, gently squeeze them with your fingers so that they take on the shape of an oval. Place on a baking sheet by spreading oiled paper on it.

Preheat the oven in advance. Bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for about a quarter of an hour.

Cut the baked balls into two halves. Take out the middle a little with a teaspoon to make a notch. Put any sweet filling in it - melted chocolate, condensed milk, cream or jam. Blind together.

Soak the surface of the cookies with carrot and beetroot juice in such a way as to imitate the color of a real fruit. Then roll in sugar. To enhance the effect, decorate each cookie with mint leaves.

With condensed milk and nuts

We select products:

  • a pound of flour;
  • 60 g butter;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of fat sour cream;
  • a pair of eggs;
  • glass of sugar
  • vanillin;
  • lemon acid;
  • any nuts;
  • boiled condensed milk;
  • beetroot juice;
  • carrot juice;
  • mint leaves.

The root crops are individually passed through a juicer. If there were no such household appliances in the house, three vegetables on a grater, squeeze the juice through cheesecloth.

Beat the eggs, adding sugar, vanillin, citric acid. Then we spread sour cream, soft butter in the same container, continue to whisk until smooth.

We send baking powder to flour. Pour into the total mass, knead the dough, achieving its homogeneity. Leave under the film for half an hour in the refrigerator.

We form cookies in the form of a peach: cut into four sausages, which in turn are cut into five pieces each. We roll the balls in our palms, put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

The oven takes about 20-25 minutes, the temperature regime is 170 degrees. Take out when the balls turn yellow.

We cool the cookies, cut out a recess for each. Grind the resulting crumbs and mix in the condensed milk.

Put the kernel of the nut into the recess, fill it with condensed milk. We also lubricate the edges of the products, then we blind them together. About twenty minutes put in the refrigerator.

When the filling hardens a little, we “mask” cookies under live peaches. We use a small strainer for that. We dip the cookies in turn in the carrot, then in the beetroot juice, beautifully decorating the sides. Then put on a paper towel to remove excess moisture. You can make peaches with jam.

It will take this:

  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 yolks;
  • a glass of sugar;
  • 180 g butter;
  • juice of half a lemon;
  • 4.5 cups flour;
  • salt;
  • soda;
  • jam;
  • vegetable juice of red color.

Soft butter, eggs, yolks, beat with sugar. Pour in lemon juice, stir. Combine flour with salt, soda. Pour into a bowl with whipped mixture. Make soft dough so that it is not sticky. Put in the cold for an hour.

Then cut the dough into equal pieces and mold the "peach halves". Place on a prepared baking sheet and place in the oven.
