  4. Pour water into a saucepan and heat it to 70 ° C. In a warm liquid, add a pinch of salt, mix water until crystals are completely dissolved.
  5. Next, gently pour the crushed oatmeal into the previously prepared mixture of butter and sugar.
  6. Pour saline solution into the mass and mix all the components.
  7. Add wheat flour and soda diluted with lemon juice to the mixture. Knead the resulting consistency until the dough acquires a uniform plastic texture.
  8. Using a rolling pin, roll out the mass in a thin layer, and then cut out small circles from the dough. To do this, you can use any suitable size shapes or a regular glass.
