  4. We break raw eggs into kefir mass.
  5. Pour granulated sugar, vanilla.
  6. Slowly add the flour, stirring the mixture with a fork.
  7. We load everything into a blender and grind.
  8. When you get a uniform dough, add vegetable oil.
  9. For pancakes you need to take a small skillet. Pancakes should look more like pancakes. If you have a large pan, do not spread the dough over its entire surface.

  • a piece of butter - 60 g;
  • ground nutmeg - 2 g;
  • vegetable oil - 10 ml for frying.

  1. Pour ground cinnamon, baking powder, granulated sugar, salt and nutmeg into the sifted flour. Mix everything.
