Shortbread Nut Cookies

  • margarine - 150 g;

  • peanuts - 100 g;
  • vanillin - 1 sachet.

Sequence:

  1. Roast peanuts in a dry pan and peel. Grind in a blender.
  2. Beat soft margarine with powder, nuts and vanilla. Stir the flour in several portions.
  3. Cool the dough for 30 minutes.
  4. Tear off small pieces and shape them into balls.
  5. Cover the baking sheet with parchment, heat the oven to 160 degrees, put the future cookies and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Roll the finished cookies in coconut.

These cookies go well with aromatic coffee.

Almond treat

A simple but very tasty almond-nut cookie is obtained from simple and affordable ingredients:

  • soft butter - 200 g;
  • sugar - 150 g;
  • chicken eggs (small) - 2 pieces;
  • flour - 200 g;
  • baking powder - half a teaspoon;
  • nuts (almonds) - 50 g.

Sequence:

  1. Stir in the butter and sugar, add two eggs one at a time.
  2. Fry and grind nuts. Pour into the dough.
  3. Mix the baking powder with flour and add the parts to the dough. Knead well.
  4. Form small sticks.
  5. The baking temperature is 170 degrees. The time is 15 minutes.

With nut filling

This recipe was popular during the time of mothers and grandmothers. The homemade childhood taste of cookies filled with nuts and honey will not leave many indifferent.

For the test you will need:

  • wheat flour - 750 g;
  • peasant oil (cream) - 150 g;
  • sour cream - 250 g;
  • a pinch of salt.

For filling:

  • walnuts - 250 g;
  • flower honey - 50 g;
  • sugar - 250 g;
  • egg yolk - 1 pc.

Sequence:

  1. The dough can first be kneaded in a mixer. The oil with a pinch of salt is sent to the mixer and beat until smooth. Stir gently with a glass of sour cream. Lastly, add sifted flour. Knead the dough with your hands for about 5 minutes, until it becomes soft and elastic.
  2. To prepare the filling, mix ground nuts, honey and sugar.
  3. Roll out oblong juices from the dough and spread the filling. Twist into a tube.
  4. Lay out the tubes on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
  5. Grease with yolk and bake at 190 degrees.

Garnish with sweet powder before serving.

Lean cookies

Can I bake delicious cookies without butter? There is a wonderful recipe for lean nut cookies. The basis of the test is juice!

For the test you will need:

  • sugar - 1 tablespoon;
  • fruit juice (any) - 200 ml;
  • vegetable oil - 100 ml;
  • flour - 350 g;
  • baking powder - one and a half tsp.

Filling:

  • about 100 g chopped nuts;
  • some cinnamon and sugar.

Sequence:

  1. To prepare the dough you need to combine juice, sugar and butter.
  2. Mix flour with baking powder and add in 2 doses to the dough. Knead well.
  3. Roll out the dough into a thin layer. Pour nuts over the entire surface and twist into a roll. In order to give the liver the shape of the ears, you need to squeeze the roll in the middle and cut.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.

No flour added

A wonderful nut cookie will turn out without adding flour. Ground nuts will perfectly replace it.

For 1 egg white, you need ⅓ cup (250 ml) of different nuts.

Sequence:

  1. Beat the protein in a strong foam. Mix gently with nuts.
  2. Put a spoon on the parchment and bake for 10 minutes at 170 degrees.

Crispy, non-sugary products are sure to appeal to adults and children.

Walnut meringue

A variation of coffee and nut meringue. Low-calorie delicacy, which is very easy to prepare.

Structure:

  • egg whites - 4 pcs.;
  • ground nuts - 2 cups (250 g);
  • granulated sugar - 5 tablespoons;
  • instant coffee - 3 tablespoons.

Sequence:

  1. The hardest part in the recipe is whipping the squirrels well. They will turn into a chic foam if you beat them chilled, adding a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix sugar with coffee and gradually add to the protein foam. There also send slightly sugared chopped nuts.
  3. Put a rather thick nut-protein mixture on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and sprinkle with nuts and pieces of milk chocolate on top. The baking temperature should not be more than 100 degrees. Meringue will be baked for about an hour. Then leave them in the oven off for another hour.

Break crispy cookies in a chaotic manner and enjoy while drinking aromatic coffee.

Oatmeal Cookies

A quick and healthy treat. Very tasty in combination with milk.

Structure:

  • oatmeal (tender flakes) - 2 cups (250 ml);
  • nuts (chopped) - 100 g;
  • butter (peasant) butter - 100 g;
  • honey - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • eggs of category C1 - 2 pcs.;
  • sugar or powder - 150 g;
  • sour cream (fat) - 1 tbsp. a spoon.

Sequence:

  1. Fry nuts in a deep pan.
  2. Add butter, sugar, honey and sour cream. Mix and hold on fire for about 3 minutes, stirring continuously.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and cool slightly.
  4. Mix with oatmeal and eggs.
  5. Put on a baking sheet covered with a silicone mat and bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.

The cookies are very tender. It has an amazing creamy taste.

With chocolate

Chocolate and nuts are very harmoniously combined to taste. Therefore, in a nut cookie, adding chocolate, the taste will only improve.

Structure:

  • any nuts (chopped) - 150 g;
  • flour - 100 g;
  • peasant oil - 100 g;
  • small egg - 1 pc.;
  • powder or sugar - 150 g;
  • chocolate - 50 g.

Sequence:

  1. Mix nuts and sugar.
  2. Beat butter with egg and add to nuts.
  3. Mix well in portions to add flour.
  4. Form balls, flatten them slightly and put on a silicone mat.
  5. For baking, you need only 20 minutes and an average oven heating (180 degrees).
  6. Pour over melted chocolate.
