Do not immediately throw away spoiled foods, such as sour milk, which is great for baking. The best you can cook is pancakes in sour milk, where you can add additional ingredients. We offer recipes for every taste.

Tasty and magnificent pancakes on sour milk

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 l of sour milk;
  • 0.5 kg of white flour;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 50 g of sugar;
  • sunflower oil for frying;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder.

The method of preparation of lush pancakes:

  1. In a large container, break the eggs and pour sugar, mix with a whisk or a fork, but do not beat until foam.
  2. Pour in milk a little, leave a quarter to top up later. Pour salt and baking powder, stir well.
  3. Pour the sifted flour slowly and stir, the dough should be like thick sour cream. Pour the remaining milk and mix the dough.
  4. Heat a frying pan with oil to a maximum temperature, so it absorbs less in pancakes. Quickly put the dough with a tablespoon with a diameter of 8-10 cm, do not make a thick layer. The pancakes themselves will rise well.
  5. Cook on each side over medium heat for about a minute - two. Serve with sour cream or jam.

Important: for lush fritters it is impossible to add sugar more than what is written in the recipe. Do not stir the dough for a long time, then the bubbles will remain and add volume.

Yeast Recipe

What is needed:

  • 2.5 cups flour;
  • 2 cups sour milk;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 3 large spoons of sugar;
  • 4 g dry yeast;
  • frying oil.

How to cook pancakes in sour milk with yeast:

  1. Pour yeast into a mug, add a teaspoon of sugar. Pour a little warm water into the mixture.Stir the liquid and leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Drive eggs into the bowl with flour, pour the remaining sugar and add sour milk, mix everything until smooth.
  3. Pour the yeast mixture into the composition, make a dough of medium density. Leave the bowl covered for 40 minutes. During this time, the dough will rise.
  4. Fry in hot oil until browned on both sides. Serve immediately after preparation with condensed milk or syrup.

No eggs added

Components:

  • a glass of sour milk and flour;
  • half a teaspoon of soda;
  • some vinegar;
  • a tablespoon of sugar;
  • salt on the tip of a knife;
  • sunflower oil for frying.

Recipe for pancakes without eggs:

  1. Prepare sour milk in advance to warm to room temperature. This is worth doing with any recipe. Add sugar and salt to it, mix well.
  2. Quench soda with vinegar, in a separate bowl, combine it with flour, mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour flour into the liquid composition, mix with a fork until the consistency of thick sour cream.
  4. Spread on a hot pan with a tablespoon and fry until golden brown on both sides. Products should not be in contact with each other and with the walls of the pan.
  5. Serve hot pastries, with jam or sour cream.

Fritters on sour milk and cottage cheese

We prepare the composition of the components:

  • a pound of flour;
  • a glass of cottage cheese;
  • 350 ml of sour milk;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 100 g of sugar;
  • 50 ml of vegetable oil for dough;
  • vegetable oil for the pan - as needed;
  • half a teaspoon of salt, soda and baking powder.

Instructions for cooking:

  1. Heat the milk slightly, grind the cottage cheese, combine them with eggs, sugar and butter. Stir the composition thoroughly.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt with each other in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the liquid mass into a dry one, while mixing to a homogeneous consistency of medium density.
  4. Heat a frying pan and fry the pancakes until a crust appears on both sides. Serve immediately after cooking with tea or milk.

With the addition of oranges

Components:

  • 2 cups of sour milk;
  • 340 g flour;
  • 2.5 tbsp. l Sahara;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • a teaspoon of soda;
  • half a tablespoon of vinegar;
  • orange;
  • frying oil.

Fritters on sour milk with oranges:

  1. Pour milk at room temperature into a deep container and add salt, sugar and soda. It must first be repaid with vinegar.
  2. Beat with a mixer, adding a little flour. It should make a thick dough so that it does not spread.
  3. Peel the orange, remove all the internal skins and cut into pulp slices. Add to the dough and mix with a spoon.
  4. Heat the pan with oil to maximum temperature and fry the pancakes over low heat until cooked.
  5. Serve hot, you can put a small piece of butter on top.

Cooking for children with bananas

Ingredients:

  • a glass of sour milk;
  • 3 bananas;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 120 g of flour;
  • half a teaspoon of baking powder;
  • butter for frying.

Fritters on sour milk with bananas:

  1. Mash fruit thoroughly with a fork into the pulp.
  2. Pour in milk, beat in eggs and mix until smooth.
  3. Separately combine flour and baking powder, stir. Pour slowly into the liquid composition and stir constantly. It should turn out a thick dough of sour cream.
  4. Melt the butter in a pan and heat to maximum temperature. Fry until crusty, then turn over and fry also on the other side.
  5. Serve hot items with yogurt.

Sour milk apple pancakes

What do you need:

  • 250 ml of sour milk;
  • one and a half glasses of flour;
  • 80 g of sugar;
  • egg;
  • 5 apples;
  • 2 g of salt;
  • 5 g of baking powder;
  • 5 g of cinnamon powder.

Fritters on sour milk with apples:

  1. Leave the milk in a warm place in advance so that it curls and becomes thick. Add salt, baking powder and sugar to it. Beat the egg separately and pour into the mixture.
  2. Add flour a little while stirring the dough. It should be so thick that it is difficult to drip from a spoon. Depending on this, the amount of flour can be changed up or down.
  3. Peel the apple, cut into small pieces or rub on a coarse grater. Mix with cinnamon.
  4. The fruit can be added to the dough and mix, then bake. Another option is to pour a little dough into the pan, put a piece of apple there, top up a little dough and cook on both sides until golden.
  5. Serve the pancakes for tea hot, put on top a piece of butter.

Important: if you add a lot of cinnamon, the pancakes will turn out to be hard, hard, "rubber".

How to make kefir

Ingredients:

  • a glass of kefir;
  • 320 g flour;
  • 60 g of sugar;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 40 ml of water;
  • half a teaspoon of salt and soda;
  • sunflower oil for frying.

Lush pancakes based on kefir:

  1. Combine water and kefir in a cup, warm up a little.
  2. In another bowl, combine salt and sugar, break the egg and mix. Add kefir mixture and beat in foam.
  3. Divide the flour into 3 parts and add little by little for the convenience of stirring.
  4. The dough should turn out like a very thick sour cream. Pour soda and mix again.
  5. Heat a frying pan with butter and cook fritters over moderate heat. Serve immediately with honey or butter.
