  5. Vanilla sugar can be added with flour.
  6. The apple, chopped on a coarse grater, can be left with a peel, if there is no concern about chemicals.
  7. We mix the dough and the apple mixture, put the billets on the heated vegetable oil.
  8. We fry on medium heat for 40 seconds on each side, so that a crisp appears.

What are we preparing from:

  • flour 125 grams;
  • warm milk - 155 ml;
  • one egg;
  • melted butter - 25 grams;
  • baking powder for dough - 6 grams;
  • sugar - 30 grams;
  • salt - one pinch;
  • vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon;
  • cinnamon - 1 teaspoon;
  • lime or lemon - half a small fruit;
  • apples, large - 2 pieces.

Procedure:

  1. In a deep bowl, beat the egg, sugar, salt and a teaspoon of liquid vanilla extract.
  2. Introduce warm milk.
  3. Add flour, a baking powder for the dough and half a teaspoon of cinnamon to the batter through a sieve.
  4. At the end, mix the melted butter with the dough and leave it to rest.
  5. We free the apples from the peel, which may interfere with the dough, bake.
  6. After that, cut the fruits into thin rings (not more than 0.5 cm) and get a stack of round apple slices.

  • dry yeast - 1 teaspoon;
  • one egg;
  • salt –1 pinch;
  • 2 apples.

Procedure:

  1. 1.5 cups of flour, dried yeast, sugar and a pinch of salt are successively poured into a deep bowl. Mix well.
  2. Add warm milk and mix until smooth.
  3. Add the remaining 0.5 cups of flour, mix.
  4. Cover the finished mixture with cling film and put in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. Practical housewives use the switched off microwave oven to approach the dough, which protects against possible draft.
  5. We peel and chop the apples on a coarse grater.
  6. Beat eggs with three tablespoons of sugar and vanilla.
  7. As soon as the dough has approached, we introduce the egg mixture into it and mix.
  8. Add 0.5 cups of flour to make the dough thicker and slowly drain from the spoon.
  9. At the very end we introduce apples, stir and let stand for 15 minutes.
  10. With a wet spoon, spread the pancakes on the heated oil and fry over low heat under the lid on both sides.

For plant-based fritters without eggs and milk, we select the composition of the products:

  3. Cooking a fruit supplement. If a fresh apple is selected, then with a greased lemon juice with a knife, cut the apple, remove the core. Wipe the slice with half a lemon so that it does not darken. If dried fruits are selected, then we wash them with warm water, finely chop and roll in starch. Then we return to the test.
  4. Sift the flour into a deep bowl, add salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar and soda, which removes the smell of yeast. Mix the dry composition and gently introduce the remaining warm water. Next, continue to mix in circular motions from the bottom up and gradually add the yeast mixture.
  5. If you can afford one tablespoon of vegetable oil, then it is better to introduce it into the dough, soft taste will soften. It was from such a test that pancakes were baked in an oven on a "cast iron" in the old days.
  6. Cover the mixed dough with a clean towel or cling film and leave it warm for half an hour to complete the fermentation process. The volume should double.
  7. Add finely chopped half of apple or dried fruit to the finished dough. With slow stirring, the smell of yeast gradually disappears. Let the test stand for another five minutes.

  • instant oat flakes without additives - 80 grams;
  • kefir or natural yogurt without sugar and additives - 150 grams;
  • one big apple;
  • one egg;
  • baking powder dough - 6 grams;
  • salt - a small pinch;
  • cinnamon - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • honey - 1 tablespoon.

Procedure:

  1. The most convenient and fastest way to prepare a test is a blender. We put apples, oatmeal, kefir or yogurt, egg, salt, baking powder for dough, and cinnamon in slices without seeds. If necessary, knead a little dough to completely chop the apples. The finished dough looks like a thick coffee shade.
  2. After whipping, the dough is left in the blender bowl for another 7 minutes to swell the oatmeal.
  3. It is better to fry pancakes in a pan with a thick bottom greased with vegetable oil, pouring the dough directly from the blender jug.
  4. Cook over low heat, frying the first side for about 3 minutes. If the edge has ceased to be liquid and does not stick, you can turn it over and cook for another minute.

Important! Since the “sports” pancakes are fried in a small amount of vegetable oil, it is better to grease the pan with a brush before each new serving.
