On a glass of serum you will also need to prepare:
• one and a half glasses of flour;
• large egg;
• 60 g of granulated sugar;
• 3 g of soda;
• 2 g of salt;

1. Combine the eggs with salt and sugar, froth with a mixer. In a separate container, mix cottage cheese and whey.
2. Mix the contents of both plates and make a uniform mixture.
3. In the flour, rub the citrus peel and pour it into a liquid composition.
4. Knead the dough of medium density and put under the lid for half an hour.
After this, the composition should no longer be mixed if you want the pancakes to be high.
5. Heat the oil and cook baked goods under the lid over low heat. Each side will take at least two minutes.
Serve fritters should, of course, immediately upon availability, offering the eaters a bowl with jam or sour cream. And even better - with that, and with another!
How to cook with kefir
Products:
• a glass of kefir and whey;
• 3 tbsp. flour;
• 1 tsp soda;
• bag of vanillin;
• 3 sec. l Sahara;
• vegetable oil.
Lush pancakes on whey and kefir will be prepared as follows:
one.Throw soda in kefir, stir until dissolved and remove to the side for 10 minutes.
2. Heat the whey and combine with sugar until smooth.
3. Pour the prepared kefir into the whey liquid and mix.
4. Add flour and vanilla, knead a homogeneous dough of medium density. It should hardly drain from a spoon.
5. Heat a frying pan and fry pancakes over medium heat until browned, then turn over and fry in the same way.
The second side will take a little less time, so do not go far from the stove.
Dessert should be served immediately with cold milk or hot sweet tea.
Tasty whey pancakes without soda
Components:
• 0.5 l of low-fat whey;
• 3.5 cups of premium flour;
• 2 eggs;
• 3 tablespoons of sugar;
