• chicken egg (1 pc.);
• 0.4 l of yogurt (preferably liquid fruit);
• two to three tablespoons of granulated sugar;
• sunflower oil (two tablespoons);
• salt, soda;
• two glasses of wheat flour.
Cooking method:
In a dry tall dish, break the egg, add sugar, salt and beat. You can use a mixer or a blender, so you save time. Then add yogurt (room temperature or slightly warmed up in the microwave). Dilute the mixture with a spoon of vegetable oil and gradually pour the flour. Soda is added to the tip of the knife and mixed well. The dough should not be very thick, but not liquid.
Bake pancakes in a hot frying pan on each side. Spread with a spoon or a small ladle - in the form of circles or ovals. Finished products are poured with sour cream, jam or condensed milk and served at the table.
Tip. If yogurt is not at home, use milk or kefir, even if they are expired. This is the beauty of cooking fritters - from the products that are in the refrigerator.
From expired yogurt
If yogurt or any other sour-milk product (milk, kefir, snowball) has already lost its shelf life, do not worry, it will be used. From such a product with a natural substitute for yeast, tender and airy pancakes are obtained.
Ingredients:
• packaging of drinking yogurt;
• three eggs;
• two glasses of wheat flour;
• tea a spoon of soda;
• half a teaspoon of salt;
• granulated sugar - 30-50 grams;
• vegetable oil.
Cooking method:
Liquid yogurt is poured into a cup, eggs are hammered in, sugar is added, and stirred with a whisk. Gradually add flour and mix well. When the dough becomes homogeneous and without lumps, pour five tablespoons of vegetable oil, add salt and soda. Let the dough stand for 10-15 minutes. Before baking, add a little more soda and immediately spread the dough with a spoon on a heated pan. We give the shape of the pancakes arbitrary. In the process of frying - add oil. Cooking method:
Yogurt at room temperature, and preferably slightly warm, is poured into a dry deep pan. Pour sugar or replace it with an analog, add salt and a spoonful of baking soda. Mix thoroughly, but not quickly. Sifted flour is introduced, stirring all the time. Shake the dough until a thickened sour cream.

Lush pancakes from sour-milk products

• half a kilogram of flour (wheat) - premium;
• forty grams of granulated sugar;

The fermented milk ingredient is heated without boiling! Break the egg into a deep dish and pour the main ingredient. Salt and sugar are added and whipped with a fork (with a whisk) with light, quick movements. Sifted flour is mixed with vanilla sugar and baking powder (or soda) and gradually introduced into the dough. It should be thick enough. Since the acidic ingredient in the dough gives the desired yeast effect, the pancakes can be baked immediately without waiting for the dough to infuse.
The main thing is a well-heated pan with vegetable oil. Then the pancakes quickly fry and manage to become airy. Spread the dough with a small cooker or a large tablespoon. Served with what the soul asks for - jam, sour cream, chocolate paste.
Tip.So that the pancakes are well removed from the pan, first fry the salt on it, remove it with a dry cloth, and then warm the pan again, greasing it with vegetable oil.
Cooking with Drinking Yogurt
If you bought yourself a bottle of drinking yogurt, but did not drink it for any reason, then it will find worthy use. Bake fritters on a yogurt dough.
Ingredients:
• two cups of sifted wheat flour;
• two eggs (chicken);
• packaging of drinking yogurt;
• fifty grams of granulated sugar;
• half a teaspoon of table salt and baking soda;
• bag of vanillin;
• sunflower oil.
Cooking method:
Break the eggs into a deep bowl, add sugar and beat. Then warm yogurt is added. Mixed. Pour sugar and gradually flour. Gently beat with a whisk so that there are no lumps left. Add sand, salt, soda, pour vanilla sugar. Mix well until the consistency of thick jam. Give the test a little rest and gain air. Pancakes fry over medium heat on two sides.
Tip. Prepare a thick consistency dough for pancakes: so that it does not pour out from the cooker, but flows slowly.
So that the dough does not turn out too thick, it is recommended to introduce gradually sifted flour, so as not to pour and break the lumps.
Yeast fritters
With a bag of dried yeast and a pack of yogurt, you can bake delicious pancakes.
Ingredients:
• half a liter of yogurt;
• tsp soda (food);
• two teaspoons of yeast (dry);
• warm water - half a glass;
• sugar - a tablespoon;
• salt - on the tip of a spoon;
• flour - by eye.
Cooking method:
Dissolve a spoonful of sugar in a glass of warm water and dilute the yeast. Leave to come. Soda is added to warm yogurt, the yeast mixture is poured, sugar and mixed. The flour is sieved and introduced into the remaining ingredients in a thin stream. Eggs are not added. The dough is brought to a density and put in heat for half an hour. Once the dough has doubled, pancakes begin to bake.
Fry in a pan lightly greased with vegetable oil. You do not need to pour a lot of oil, because the fritters are porous and quickly absorb excess fat.
Tip. To drain excess fat from the pancakes, put them on a paper towel, it will absorb it.
Hot pancakes can be greased with honey, it is absorbed into the treat, making it even tastier and healthier. But it is better to serve sour cream in a separate gravy boat.
With cinnamon and apples
Fritters, like pies, can be baked with various fillings. The simplest and fastest of them is apple. If desired, instead of apples, you can add pitted cherries (or cherry jam), slices of pear or peach to the dough.

• 0.25 liters of liquid yogurt and kefir;
• sixty grams of granulated sugar;
• two (chicken) eggs;
• 1/2 tsp soda (food);
• one and a half cups of flour (premium) - sifted;

• two small apples;
• refined oil;
• a bag of cinnamon.
Cooking method:
The room temperature yogurt is mixed and combined with soda. In a separate bowl, whisk the protein first, in another bowl - the yolk, then combine them. Add granulated sugar and beat again by hand. Yogurt with soda is introduced into the whipped mixture, salt is added. Gradually pour in flour and immediately stir so that no lumps form. Once the flour has dissolved, the dough is allowed to stand for a while. Apples are being prepared at this time. They are washed, peeled and diced. You can also rub on a coarse grater, then in the pancakes they will not turn out to be filling, but only give a fragrant aftertaste. Top with apple filling sprinkled with cinnamon (you can do without it), mix with a spoon and put into the dough. Fry from two sides to a blush. Turn over immediately as soon as the oil in the pan begins to bubble.
