Classic chicken liver pancakes

Ingredients: 420 g of already thawed chicken liver with drained juice, chicken egg, table salt to taste, 2.5-3.5 tbsp. spoons of white flour, favorite spices.

  1. The first thing to do is prepare the liver. She gets rid of the films and all the excess, after which she is interrupted by a blender.
  2. An egg is driven into the resulting mass. She pickles, sprinkles with spices. Gradually flour is poured into the dough for a bunch of ingredients. Its quantity must be regulated, monitoring the consistency of the mass. If you go too far with the amount of flour, the taste of pancakes will turn out to be too "bread".
  3. All ingredients mix well. Then you can start baking pancakes.

Each cake is fried in hot oil on both sides.

Recipe with semolina

Ingredients: a pound of chicken liver, 110 g of semolina, chicken egg, 60 g of wheat flour, onion, table salt, a mixture of dried colored peppers.

  1. The liver, together with peeled onions, is crushed using a special blender nozzle. A raw chicken egg is driven into the resulting mass with a fork.
  2. The resulting homogeneous minced meat is added to taste and sprinkled with a mixture of dry colored peppers. You can use any other seasonings to your liking.
  3. Lastly, the remaining bulk solids are added to the mass - semolina and pre-sifted flour.
  4. The ingredients are well kneaded. The result is not too thick mass.

Pancakes from chicken liver with semolina are fried in hot oil on both sides. This component will add to them splendor and juiciness, swelling in the cooking process.

Liver pancakes with mushrooms

Ingredients: a kilo of chicken liver, 4 onions, 2 chicken eggs, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of high-grade flour, a pound of fresh champignons, any spices, salt.

  1. First of all, fresh mushrooms are well washed, cleaned and finely cut. Then they pour themselves into the pan together with small onion cubes (1 pc.) And thoroughly fry in oil. You need to cook the products until all the liquid has evaporated from the pan, and they will acquire a pleasant shade.
  2. The remaining onion with liver is crushed with a blender. You can simply skip these products through a meat grinder.
  3. A slightly cooled pan is added to the twisted mixture. There, eggs are driven in, flour is added, selected seasonings, salt. If the mass is liquid, you can increase the amount of flour.
  4. The resulting minced meat is picked up with a spoon and laid out on a well-heated skillet. Fry pancakes on both sides.

An already prepared dish can be put in a pan, pour a small amount of water with tomato paste and simmer for 10-12 minutes.

How to cook with rice?

Ingredients: 630 g of chicken liver, raw egg, 90 g of high-grade flour, medium head of onion, a glass of pre-cooked rice, sodium chloride, aromatic herbs.

  1. The first step is to process the liver and onions. These components are folded into the blender bowl and then grinded well until smooth. This will be the basis of minced meat for pancakes.
  2. Ready-made and slightly cooled rice is added to the mass. The components are mixed again.
  3. A raw egg is driven into the resulting mixture, aromatic herbs and salt are added. The pre-sifted wheat flour is poured last. The mass is quite thick.
  4. To prepare the pancakes, the minced meat should be spread with a tablespoon on the heated oil. Cakes are fried on each side for about 3-4 minutes.

The finished dish is served with garlic sauce based on low-fat sour cream or unsweetened yogurt. It is tasty to try such pancakes even with a portion of the usual light mayonnaise.

With smoked bacon

Ingredients: 630 g chicken liver, 1-2 onions, 2 chicken eggs, 120 g smoked bacon, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of fat sour cream, half a glass of high-grade flour, a pinch of ground black pepper, salt.

  1. First you need to process the chicken liver - remove the films and the places where the offal was in contact with the gall bladder. Also cut off the liver and other excess parts that can spoil the taste of the dish.
  2. Coarsely chopped onions are added to the bowl with the liver. Chicken eggs are driven in immediately.
  3. Smoked bacon is cut into a small cube. It is also added to all other listed components.
  4. Only after that the prepared components are broken by a suitable blender nozzle. You can use a conventional meat grinder.
  5. Pre-sifted flour, salt, pepper, sour cream are added to the resulting liquid minced meat. After the next mixing, you can start baking products.

Fried on both sides until golden brown.

Fritters with carrots

Ingredients: half a kilogram of chicken liver, medium-sized raw carrot, onion head, raw chicken egg, salt, ground black pepper, any favorite seasonings.

  1. The liver is well washed, gets rid of the film and veins, after which it is twisted together with carrots and onions in a meat grinder. You can use a special blender nozzle for this.
  2. Seasonings, eggs are added to the resulting mixture. She pickles to taste. It is necessary to actively mix all the components until even the smallest lumps disappear.
  3. Immediately after this, you can start the roasting process. Fritters are cooked for a couple of minutes on each side in hot oil.

Ready-made liver pancakes served with any garnish.They can become a main course. To do this, it will be enough to supplement the product with vegetable salad and a suitable sauce to your taste.
