In order to make the dish rich and aromatic, you should prepare portioned open foil trays in advance. Then the whole taste is absorbed into the meat, and the pork is well baked.
- Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and put onions there, simmer over low heat.
- When the onion becomes soft, add sugar and stirring constantly, until it dissolves completely. After that, set the pan aside.
- Cut a piece of loin into portioned pieces of 150 g, that is, about 6 pieces will come out of a given amount of meat.
- The meat should be pierced with a special trimmer or fork in several places.
- Cheese must be cut into thin slices. Grate the egg. Finely chop the dill.
- In a separate container, mix the egg, dill and sour cream.
- Put the pieces of the loin in trays and first put a layer of onion on the meat, then sour cream and egg, and then cover the “construction” with a piece of cheese on top.
- Next, the entire baking sheet with semi-finished products is covered with foil and placed for 30 minutes in a cool place.
- The oven should be heated to 180ºС. A pallet is placed in it along with the top foil shelter and so the dish is baked for 25 minutes. After, the foil is removed and the meat comes to readiness for another 15 minutes.

- grated garlic - 1 tsp;
