- two tablespoons of soy sauce and the same amount of vinegar;
- pineapples or juice;
- two cloves of garlic;
- one onion;
- Ginger is fresh or dry.
Cooking process:
- Pork is cut into medium sized pieces, crumbled in spices, starch or flour and fried in a pan.
- Onions and peppers are chopped, also fried with the addition of ginger.
- Soy sauce is mixed with vinegar, finely chopped garlic, a little starch and pineapple juice.
- The meat is added to the fried vegetables, the cooked sauce is poured. All this is brought to a boil and cooked over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Chinese beef with ginger and milk
