Banana ice cream

Did you know that the feeling of happiness is also a chemical process that takes place in the body, which is directly related to the hormone serotonin. So banana is one of those few products that significantly increase the production of this hormone. We bring to your attention interesting recipes for banana ice cream, which, if only a little, will make you happier.

Recipe number 1 "Banana popsicle."

You will need:

  • ripe, but not too bananas - 5 pieces;
  • a bar of milk chocolate;
  • sticks for ice cream.

Cooking:

  1. Cut the banana into 2 or 3 pieces (depending on size).

Cooking:

  1. Remove the frozen banana from the freezer, let it thaw a little (1-2 minutes) and cut into small pieces.
  2. Put the banana in a blender with lemon juice and bring to a creamy state.

  5. After 15 minutes, you can take a sample.

Cooking:

  1. You can use fresh berries, but then you should first freeze them.

Cooking:

  2. Beat the yolks firmly, then, while continuing to beat, slowly add sugar and chocolate.

Yogurt Recipe

Whipping cream, yolks, boiling milk, of course, is not difficult, but sometimes it's just laziness, especially on weekends, when you have the opportunity to soak in the bathroom or lie on the sofa in an embrace with a pillow. And I really want to pamper my family on a hot day with something sweet and chilly. What to do? It's simple - replace these ingredients with ready-made yogurt. As a result, it remains only to mix all the components and freeze what happened. So, we prepare delicious ice cream from yogurt.

Recipe number 15 "Strawberry-orange yummy."

You will need:

  • a large glass of strawberry yogurt (220 grams);
  • a three-quarter full glass of orange juice;
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract;
  • 2 glasses of strawberries (you can use both fresh and frozen);
  • 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar.

Cooking:

  1. Just mix all the ingredients in a blender (strawberries and sugar should be added last) and whisk the mixture.

You will need:

  • 1 cup natural yogurt (no flavoring);
  • 2 cups of strawberries, cut into quarters;

Cooking:
