The classic recipe for carrot cake in the oven

  • flour - 0.32 kg;
  • honey - 90 gr;
  • three eggs;
  • fresh carrot - 0.4 kg;
  • sour cream - 500 gr;
  • soda - 10 gr;
  • granulated sugar - 300 g;
  • walnuts or cashews - 150 gr;
  • baking powder dough - 11 gr;
  • vegetable oil - 150 ml;
  • ground cinnamon - 8 gr.

The classic cake recipe step by step:

  1. The necessary amount of the main component should be cleaned of dirt, peel and processed on a fine grater.
  2. Chopped peeled nuts into small pieces.
  3. In a separate bowl, pour soda, cinnamon, flour and baking powder. Mix the products.
  4. Pour the eggs into another container and start whipping them with a whisk with the addition of 200 grams of sugar.
  5. Pour oil there and repeat the whipping procedure again.
  6. In the egg mixture, gradually pour the mixed dry ingredients, chop the pieces of nuts and mix everything.
  7. If the carrots give a lot of juice, gently squeeze the pulp and add the ingredient to the dough. If it is dry, pour in the remaining orange drink.
  8. We heat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees.
  9. We take a baking dish, treat its bottom and walls with oil, distributing a little flour on the surface.
  10. We spread the carrot dough into the mold and close in the oven for 40 minutes.
  11. When the dough is baked and cooled, we cut it into several short cakes.

  13. Combine sour cream, honey, 100 grams of sugar, beat with a whisk and remove the mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

  • cinnamon - 5 gr;
  • a piece of butter - 100 g;
  • one orange;
  • carrots - 0.35 kg;
  • two yolks;
  • flour - 0.3 kg;
  • vegetable oil - 0.25 l;
  • three eggs;
  • dry cocoa - 30 g;
  • cheese - 0.5 kg;
  • icing sugar - 240 g;
  • brown sugar - 0.4 kg.

How to make carrot cake with cheese cream:

  1. Remove the peel from the carrots, rinse, grind on a grater with large links.
  2. We make the basis for cakes. To do this, pour flour into a deep bowl, add ground cinnamon, cocoa, baking powder and chopped orange peel to it. We mix everything.
  3. In another bowl we combine sugar, orange juice, raw eggs and vegetable oil. Let the mixture brew for 15 minutes.
  4. We heat the oven to a temperature of 160 degrees.

  • granulated sugar - 160 g;
  • carrots - 0.4 kg;
  • flour - 130 gr;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • four chicken eggs;
  • a piece of butter - 30 gr.

We bake a cake in a multicooker:

  1. From peeled large carrots we make gruel with a fine grater.
  2. Immediately shift the oil from the refrigerator to a warm place so that it softens.
  3. Raw eggs are divided into proteins and yolks, placing them in separate cups.
  4. Beat the yolks with sugar until lush.
  5. We process proteins with a whisk, pouring a pinch of salt into them.
  6. In the yolks we transfer 15 grams of butter, whisk again.
  7. Pour the carrots there, mix.
  8. Add the sifted flour and spread solid peaks of proteins on a spoon, carefully mixing the mass.
  9. It remains to pour the dough into a greased multicooker bowl.

  • sweet yogurt - 250 gr;
  • a pinch of vanilla sugar;
  • soda - 11 gr;
  • cottage cheese - 0.5 kg;
  • carrots - 200 gr;
  • margarine - 50 gr;
  • granulated sugar - 140 gr.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Peeled carrot roots to pass through a grater.
  2. Pour raw eggs into a separate bowl, pour both types of sugar and beat in lush foam.
  3. Margarine must be melted in the microwave or utensils on the stove. Add it to the egg mass along with carrots.
  4. Pour flour and soda to them, continue to process the mixture with a mixer.
  5. It turned out a thick soft dough. We divide it into two halves.

How to cook lean carrot cake:

  1. In the oven, fry the peeled walnuts on a baking sheet.

  3. Pour peach juice into the resulting mixture.
