- Pour the eggs into another container and start whipping them with a whisk with the addition of 200 grams of sugar.
- Pour oil there and repeat the whipping procedure again.
- In the egg mixture, gradually pour the mixed dry ingredients, chop the pieces of nuts and mix everything.
- If the carrots give a lot of juice, gently squeeze the pulp and add the ingredient to the dough. If it is dry, pour in the remaining orange drink.
- We heat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees.
- We take a baking dish, treat its bottom and walls with oil, distributing a little flour on the surface.
- We spread the carrot dough into the mold and close in the oven for 40 minutes.
- When the dough is baked and cooled, we cut it into several short cakes.
