- 4 tablespoons of flour;

- 50 milliliters of milk;

- Take a container suitable for the microwave (200 ml mug) and mix the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
- Add milk and olive oil. Stir thoroughly to remove lumps.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly in the bowl.
- Grate cheese in a separate plate, mix with spices and herbs. Put it in a pizza mug in the same uniform layer.
- We cut salami sausage into thin slices and put on grated cheese in several layers.
- We put a mug or other container in the microwave and cook one and a half minutes. It is preferable to take a microwave with a power of 1200 watts.
Do not fill the container to the top, as pizza may leak out of the cup. With a lower microwave power, it will take longer to cook pizza.
Ready-made cooking
If time is catastrophically short, a ready-made pizza base will come to the rescue. Ready-made cooking is a great way to save time, money and effort.

What is necessary:
- base for pizza;
- 300 grams of chicken;
- canned pineapple;
- 50 grams of Mozzarella cheese;

What is necessary:
- loaf;
- salami sausage;
- 200 grams of cheese;
- 2 tomatoes;
- tomato sauce;
- 1 egg
- a glass of milk;
- spices to taste.
Step-by-step instruction:
- Cut the loaf into slices, as for ordinary sandwiches, only thicker. Sliced bread is not suitable, as it is too thin and may fall apart.
- We cut tomatoes and sausage into cubes or straws. Instead of sausage, you can use other meat products.
- Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
- In a separate bowl, mix the egg with milk, add spices to taste.
- Dip the slices of the loaf in milk and egg and spread on a baking sheet. This will give the dry loaf a juiciness.
- Lubricate the slices with tomato sauce.

Step-by-step instruction
- Beat eggs, add flour, sour cream, mayonnaise and spices. This is our future dough. Set the bowl aside and start preparing the toppings.
- Cut the tomatoes and pepper into strips, cut the onion into thin rings.
- Boil cauliflower until soft and cut into strips.
- Rub the cheese.
- We heat the pan, pour oil and spread the dough.
- Immediately add the filling, in our case, these are tomatoes, peppers, onions and cauliflower.
- Sprinkle pizza with tomato sauce and generously sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover with a lid. Pizza is ready when the cheese is completely melted.
Mini pizza in the pan can be cooked with meat. It all depends on your taste preferences.
Cooking from puff pastry
Not everyone likes to mess with the dough, wait until it comes up, roll out and gently spread on a baking sheet. It is much easier to buy a puff base, but keep in mind that the yeast dough is thawed for several hours. If this is not done, the dough will remain thin and turn into a layer cake.
What is necessary:
- 1 pack of yeast puff pastry;
- 200 grams of sausage;
- 150 grams of cheese;
- 2 tomatoes;
- tomato sauce;
- half sweet pepper;
- 10 pieces of olives.

Step-by-step instruction:
- We leave the yeast dough to thaw, covering it with a thin film so as not to wind off.
- Cut the tomatoes and sausage into strips, olives - into thin rings.
- Grate the cheese on a fine grater, it is better to use mozzarella.
- When the puff pastry has thawed, roll it out and pierce it with a fork over the entire area. This must be done so that pizza from puff pastry is not covered with bubbles.
- Grease with tomato sauce, backing 2 centimeters from the edge.
- We leave the dough with sauce in the oven for 5 minutes, take out and spread the filling all the same for 2 centimeters from the edge.
- Sprinkle with cheese on top, again sent to the oven.
- Pizza is ready when the cheese is melted.
