  2. Dilute ½ gelatin in 125 ml of chicken stock. Heat the broth until the gelatin dissolves.
  3. Heat 50 ml of chicken stock and boil spinach and olive herbs there, then add cream.
  4. Add ¼ gelatin to the spinach mixture and dissolve it. Pour the resulting composition into a bowl and refrigerate.
  5. Shrimp put in the broth with gelatin.
  6. Lay another bowl with cling film and pour the broth with shrimp into it. Also send in the cold.
  7. After the spinach and shrimp have hardened, remove them from the refrigerator.
  8. Gently pull the edges of the cling film and remove the shrimp from the bowl. Turn them over and transfer to a spinach layer. Put the filling in the refrigerator.
  9. To the whipped mass of fruits add lemon juice, pepper and salt. Mix everything.
