The composition of the sauce can be changed to your liking by adding cheese, garlic, mushrooms, tomato sauce and other suitable ingredients.

Classic pasta with chicken and cream sauce
Ingredients:
- 250 g wide pasta (pasta);
- 4 chicken drumsticks;
- 1 onion;
- 50 g butter;
- 50 ml of heavy cream;
- 2 - 3 branches of fresh parsley;
- ½ tbsp. grated Parmesan;
- ½ tsp flour;
- nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Pasta should choose a wide and long. Its egg varieties are especially suitable for such a dish.
Cooking:
- Wash chicken drumsticks, remove skin from them. With a sharp knife, cut off all the meat and chop it into slices.
- Cook the paste until al dente.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the chicken slices on it until a blush.
- Send onion cubes to the meat, add salt and all the spices.
- Fry ingredients until cooked.
- Pour flour into the pan, mix well and fry a little more.
- Pour the cream, add salt and simmer the mixture over low heat until the desired consistency of the sauce.
- Put the pasta in it and cook the dish for another couple of minutes.
- Kill parsley with a blender with Parmesan. Spread the resulting mass over portions of the paste.

Ingredients:
- 300 g chicken fillet;
- 250 g pasta;
- 1 full glass of cream of medium fat content;
- 100 - 150 g of already grated cheese;

Cooking:
- Cook the paste until cooked.
- Remove chicken from the bone, chop into small pieces and fry until lightly browned in hot oil.
- Add salt, basil, pepper. Pour wine and darken until liquid evaporates.
- Introduce the cream and simmer the mass for another 6 - 8 minutes. During this time, the sauce should thicken.
- Put the pasta on a plate and pour a portion of chicken meat sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and immediately serve the dish for dinner.

In creamy garlic sauce
Ingredients:
- 4 to 5 chicken breasts;
- 4 to 6 cloves of garlic;
- 2 tbsp. skim milk;
- 50 g of sun-dried tomatoes in oil;
- 3 tbsp. l sifted flour;
- 100 g of medium fat sour cream;
- 400 g pasta;
- salt and vegetable oil for frying.
Cooking:
- Chop the chicken breast meat into small cubes. Chop garlic as well.
- Fry the chicken in hot oil until light. Add garlic cubes.
- Add flour, sun-dried tomatoes and a couple of large spoons of oil from them. Stir foods.
- Pour in cream, add sour cream and salt. You can use your favorite spices.
- Reduce the heat to maximum and simmer the sauce on the slowest fire until the desired density.
- Cook pasta and send to the pan with chicken. Stir and leave the dish on fire for 1 minute.
- Arrange the treats in plates. To taste, you can decorate it with chopped herbs.
Smoked chicken pasta
Ingredients:
- 200 g smoked chicken breast;
- 1/3 Art. nonfat cream;
- 100 g of processed cheese;
- ½ onion heads;
- 200 g of paste;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- olive oil;
- salt;
- 1 pinch of provencal herbs.
Cooking:
- Cook the pasta, but not until fully cooked.
- Finely chop onion and garlic, fry together in well-heated oil.
- Add small pieces of smoked chicken breast to the roasting.
- After 2 - 3 minutes of cooking, transfer the cream cheese to the pan and pour the cream. Salt the mass immediately and add spices.
- Wait for the cheese to melt and send the pasta to the sauce.

- 300 g of fresh champignons;

- 1 tbsp. cream (20%);
- 150 g of already grated cheese;
- salt, dried basil;

Cooking:
- Cook spaghetti immediately until cooked according to the instructions on the package.
- Fry small pieces of onion with slices of peeled mushrooms. You need to cook the ingredients until all the liquid released from the mushrooms evaporates from the pan.
- Add to the frying small slices of meat fillet. Salt the mass and sprinkle with basil. Fry for 5 - 6 minutes.
- Pour all the cream, cover and simmer over low heat for 17 - 20 minutes.
- Add cheese, wait until it is completely melted and transfer to a spaghetti pan. Cook the mass for another 3 to 4 minutes.
- Arrange the dish portionwise. Serve with fresh vegetables.
Chicken pasta with creamy tomato sauce
Ingredients:
- 6 chicken thighs;
- 400 g fettuccine;
- 1 tbsp. medium fat cream;
- 400 g of tomatoes in their own juice;
- 1 medium onion;
- 2 sweet peppers;
- salt;
- fat for frying.
Cooking:
- Cook the fettuccine until cooked.
- Cut all bones from chicken thighs.Fry the remaining parts until golden and cooked on any fat. Put on a plate.
- In chicken fat, fry small onion cubes.
- Add slices of pepper and cook foods together for 7 - 8 minutes.
- Grind the tomatoes together with the liquid from the jar in a blender and send to the pan.
- Put the fried hips there and salt the ingredients.
- To simmer the mass under the lid over medium heat for 20 - 25 minutes.
- Put the finished chicken on plates.
- Pour the cream into the sauce, bring to a boil and turn it off.
- Send pasta to the plates of chicken. Top with sauce.

Ingredients:
- 400 g spaghetti;
- 200 g chicken fillet;
- 1 head of garlic;
