Hearty, fragrant pasta Bolognese is a popular Italian treat, which is always served in all themed restaurants. But such a delicious dish can be easily prepared at home yourself. No special expensive products are required for this.

Bolognese pasta - a classic recipe
Ingredients:
- 150 g ground beef;
- 50 g of bacon;
- 1 onion;
- half a carrot;
- spaghetti;
- fresh garlic;
- salt;
- 2 dessert spoons of tomato paste;
- half a cup of red dry wine;
- 3 dessert spoons of olive oil;
- 1.5 tbsp. beef broth.
Cooking:
- Peel and cut the vegetables into very small cubes. Also chop the bacon.
- First fry the vegetable mass in olive oil until soft. Then add bacon to it and cook foods until all the fat has been leaked from the last.
- Cook spaghetti in a separate bowl.
- Put the minced meat for roasting. Fry the base of the sauce, breaking up large pieces of meat with a spatula.
- Pour in the wine. Wait until it has completely evaporated. Add the broth, tomato paste, salt and mashed garlic.
- Close the pan with a lid and simmer its contents for 40 - 50 minutes over low heat.
According to the classic recipe, the dish should be served as follows: put the spaghetti on a plate with a nest, and fill the middle with meat gravy, decorated with greens.
With minced meat and tomato paste
Ingredients:
- half a kilogram of minced meat;
- 1 tomato and 1 onion;
- paste;
- fresh garlic;
- lean oil;
- salt and spices;
- 2 tbsp. l ketchup.
Cooking:
- Fry the onion half rings until transparent in warmed vegetable oil.
- Put minced meat to the vegetable. Simmer the mass over low heat until the meat is ready. Salt, add herbs and spices.
- Add ketchup.
- After 3 minutes, add tomato cubes with the skin.
- Extinguish the mass for another 8 to 9 minutes.
- Cook the paste according to the instructions on the package.
Serve the finished pasta with the resulting sauce.
With mushrooms sauce
Ingredients:
- 350 g of beef pulp;
- 1 onion;
- 5 to 6 large champignons;
- 1 tbsp. beef broth;
- 1 root of carrots;
- spaghetti;
- half a glass of tomato juice;
- salt;
- vegetable oil.
Cooking:
- To cook delicious pasta with Bolognese sauce and the addition of mushrooms, the first thing to do is to turn the pieces of beef into minced meat.
- After meat, grind all peeled vegetables and mushrooms in the same way.
- First fry the vegetable mass in hot oil, then add meat to it.
- Pour in the broth and tomato juice. Extinguish the mass with a slight heating of the stove until all the components of the sauce are ready. Salt it.
Separately boil spaghetti in salt water. Serve them with meat sauce.
Pasta Bolognese in a slow cooker
Ingredients:
- 300 - 350 g of ground beef;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 1 onion head;
- salt, Italian herbs;
- olive oil;
- spaghetti;
- fresh garlic;
- 100 g of tomato paste.
Cooking:
- Fry chopped onions with garlic in olive oil in a bowl of the appliance. Add to them slices of tomatoes. Cook the product for 5-6 minutes in a suitable mode.
- Put tomato paste on top.
- After 2 - 3 minutes add minced meat to the multicooker. Continue frying the meat, breaking it into pieces, until cooked.
- Pour 2/3 Art. boiled water. Add salt, mashed garlic, Italian aromatic herbs.
- Cook the dish in the "Stew" program 30 - 35 minutes. At the end of the program, you can mash it with a blender.
Separately cook pasta in salt water. Serve with slow cooker sauce, slices of tomatoes and cucumbers.

How to cook with minced chicken
Ingredients:
- 300 - 350 g minced chicken;
- 1 shallot;
- 1 large clove of garlic;
- 1/3 Art. olive oil;
- ½ tbsp white wine;
- 1 tbsp. canned peeled tomatoes;
- salt, dry basil;
- pasta - feathers.
Cooking:
- Chop the onion and garlic as finely as possible. Fry them in olive oil in a large pan.
- When the ingredients are browned, add minced chicken to them.
- Wait until the meat turns white, stirring it constantly. Add spices, salt, wine.
- After evaporating the alcohol, put the canned tomatoes in a pan.
- Simmer the sauce for about an hour.
- Boil the feathers until cooked. Add to the finished sauce.
Serve pasta Bolognese with minced poultry for dinner hot.
Cooking with cream
Ingredients:
- 200 - 250 g of pork and ground beef;
- fresh garlic;
- 2/3 Art. medium fat cream;
- table salt, pepper and dried basil;
- 1 onion head;
- 2 pcs. Tomatoes
- 2/3 Art. boiled water;
- 3 dessert spoons of olive oil;
- spaghetti.
Cooking:
- Put the meat product in a pan with butter. Immediately begin to knead it with a spatula so that lumps do not form.
- Add finely grated chicken and chopped garlic.
- Transfer grated tomatoes, salt and spices into a pan.
- After 15 minutes of extinguishing the mass, pour the cream under the lid over low heat.
- Stew sauce for 50 minutes.
- Separately cook spaghetti.
Arrange the finished pasta in portions. Sprinkle each with a portion of meat sauce with cream.
Lean pasta with bolognese sauce
Ingredients:
- 100-150 g of dry soya mince;
- 700 - 750 ml of filtered water;
- 1 large carrot;
- 1 bouillon cube "Vegetable";
- 1 onion;
- 4 dessert spoons of olive oil;
- salt, freshly ground black pepper;
- 350 g of tomatoes in their own juice (canned) without peel on vegetables;
- 2 dessert spoons of ketchup;
- any spaghetti hard varieties.
Cooking:
- Put soya mince in a bowl. Pour it with freshly boiled water. Dissolve the broth cube in the mixture.
- Grind all the vegetables declared in the recipe. Fry them in high-quality olive oil. Bring the onion to a strong rosy.
- While preparing the roasting, boil the spaghetti in salt water. Put them in a colander, cool.Do not rinse pasta.
- Using a colander, drain excess liquid from soya mince. But do not wait until all the “juice” has drained from the product and it will become a little dry.
- Send the meat to the deep pan to the fried vegetables. Add salt, pepper, ketchup and chopped canned tomatoes there. To languish 8 - 9 minutes.
Put still hot spaghetti portionwise on plates. Top thickly pour them with lean sauce.
With zucchini and celery
Ingredients:
- 400 to 450 g of beef;
- 200 - 250 g zucchini;
- 1 large carrot;
- 1 onion head;
- 300 g of tomatoes;
- 2 stalks of celery;
- paste;
- oil;
- salt and seasoning;
- grated parmesan.
Cooking:
- To prepare Bolognese pasta with celery and zucchini, the first thing to do is to wash, peel and finely chop all the vegetables declared in the recipe.
- The first to fry onion cubes in the selected oil. Add to them the cubes of zucchini. Fry until the liquid evaporates from the pan.
- Twist the beef through a meat grinder. Send to the pan to the vegetables.
- Add tomatoes without skins, chopped with a blender, salt, seasonings, slices of peeled celery stalk, grated carrots.
- Simmer the mass over low heat under a lid for 60 - 70 minutes.
- Cook the pasta in salt water until cooked.
Serve pasta with meat sauce. Pour grated parmesan into each serving.
