Basic set of products for muffins:
• 4 chicken eggs;
• 185 g of sugar;
• 155 g butter (spread);
• 310 g of flour and kefir (any fat content);
• 12.5 g of baking powder;
• some salt.
We take products exclusively at room temperature: only in this case muffins will turn out magnificent and airy.
The rest of the preparation of muffins is not much different from the standard kneading dough. And consists in the following steps:
