Ingredients:
- pork - 1 kg;
- onion - 4 pieces;
- parsley - 1 large bunch;
- garlic - 3-4 cloves;
- dill - the floor of the beam;
- salt, suneli hops and pepper - to taste.
Cooking:
- Place the wooden skewers in water a few hours before cooking. For example, pour water into a baking sheet. Skewers must be saturated with water, otherwise they will burn in the process of frying.
- Rinse the meat, remove excess moisture with a dry cloth.
- Cut the flesh on a cutting board into medium cubes.
- Roll the pork through a meat grinder. Transfer it to a large bowl.
- Peel the onion and rinse it in cold water. Scroll it through the meat grinder, or chop it very finely by hand.
- Transfer the onions to the meat.
- Rinse the parsley and chop it very finely, shift it to the minced meat.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic. Also, it can be chopped with garlic presses.
- Now add salt, minced garlic, suneli hops and pepper to the minced meat. Mix everything very carefully and taste. It should be spicy.
- There are no eggs in the forcemeat, therefore, it must be made elastic so that the kebab keeps its shape. To do this: 1) Stuff the minced meat for at least 5 minutes; 2) Form a small ball of meat and leave it 4-5 times from one hand to another. Thus, we get rid of moisture. Repeat this process with all the meat.3) Now nip off a small piece of minced meat and force it back into the bowl. Now it will be elastic.
- Tighten the minced bowl with cling film. Put it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
- Turn on the oven 250 degrees.
- Cover the baking sheet with dense foil in two layers.
- Remove the pickled meat from the refrigerator. We form a kebab: 1) Moisten your hands with water; 2) Take the stuffing in the palm; 3) Flatten it over the entire surface of the palm; 4) Put in the middle a soaked wooden skewer; 5) Pinch the edges so that the stick remains inside; 6) Level the kebab and place it on a baking sheet.
- Put the skewers at a short distance from each other (about 2-3 centimeters).
- Place the pan in the hot oven.
- After closing it, immediately reduce the temperature to 200 degrees. Let the kebab grill for about 10 minutes.
- After the specified time, remove the pan and turn over all the skewers. Put the dish in the oven for another 10 minutes.
- Rinse the dill and chop it finely.
- Remove the fragrant kebab from the oven, sprinkle with dill. Serve with vegetable salad.
Chicken Lula Kebab
This is the easiest cooking option, because the kebab in the pan cooks much faster. And yet, this recipe is the most affordable.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 0.5 kg;
- egg - 2 pieces;
- sweet pepper - 2 pieces;
- salt and pepper - to taste;
- onion - 2 heads;
- greens for decoration;
- hard cheese - 0.06 kg;
- vegetable oil - for frying;
- butter - 4 tsp.
Cooking:
- Rinse and dry the bell pepper. Bake it for 15-20 minutes in the oven. The temperature should be 250 degrees. In the process of frying it will need to be turned over.
- Remove the cooked pepper from the oven. Wrap it in a hot bag for 10 minutes.
- After the specified time, remove both peppers from the bag and remove the seeds from them. Now chop the bell pepper finely.
- Chop the onion very finely.
- Hard cheese grate on a medium grater.
- Rinse the fillet and twist it in a meat grinder or use a chopper.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, onion, cheese and bell peppers.
- Cut the butter into very small cubes and add to the minced meat.

Grill kebab recipe
This is a classic lamb kebab. Unfortunately, not everyone, it turns out, go out of town on a picnic and repeat the original dish. But who will have this opportunity, use this recipe.
Ingredients:
- fat (fat tail) - 0.2 kg;
- zira - ½ teaspoon;
- onions - 2 pieces;
- coriander (ground) - 1 teaspoon;
- lamb - 1 kg;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking:
- Rinse the lamb. To cook kebab, you need to take fresh meat, not ice cream. The most suitable meat is the back of the lamb.
- Cut off all the films and tendons from lamb.
- Roll the meat through a meat grinder, preferably with a large net. Or chop it with large knives.
- Chop fat tail fat very finely. If it does not cut well for you, then freeze it a little.
- Chop the onion into small cubes.
- In a large container, mix lamb, onion, salt, tail fat, pepper, zira and ground coriander.
- Stir thoroughly and beat off the minced meat.

Tomato sauce
Ingredients:
- ground black pepper - 2 pinches;
- tomato paste - 2 sticks;
- sweet pepper - 2 pieces;
- garlic - 5 cloves;
- salt to taste;
- lemon - 1 piece.
Cooking:
- Grate the garlic on a fine grater.
- Chop peppers very finely with a knife or scroll through a meat grinder.
- Stack garlic and bell peppers in a mortar. Rinse everything thoroughly with a pestle, there should be a homogeneous mass.
- Now add salt and ground pepper to the mortar, mix and rinse everything.
