  1. Tincture of lofant on alcohol. For its preparation, 200 g of dried grass is poured with vodka in an amount of 0.5 l. You need to insist the mixture for a month, keeping in a cool place without access to light. From time to time, the medicine bottle is shaken. Take this tincture 30 minutes before meals every 8 hours. For each reception you need from 15 to 20 drops of tincture. To determine the duration of the course of treatment, you need to consult a doctor.
  2. Lofant tea. If a person is often sick, he has lowered hemoglobin, he recently suffered a serious illness, then such a drink will be very useful for him. To cook it, you need to pour a tablespoon of flowers with two glasses of boiling water. After half an hour of infusion, tea can be drunk in half or a whole glass up to 3 times a day. It’s good to add a little honey to it.
  3. Infusion. It strengthens the nervous and cardiovascular systems, strengthens the immune system, improves the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract and the genitourinary system. To prepare the infusion, pour 2 cups boiling water 2 tbsp. spoons of dried flowers. You need to insist it the same way as tea. It is not worth preparing an infusion for the future. The most effective is only a fresh preparation.
  4. Infusion for skin treatment. To cure wounds, inflammation on the skin and to rinse a sore throat, you will need a more "strong" infusion. It is prepared in the same way as described above, but dry herbs take twice as much. For some skin diseases, it will be useful to take a bath by adding an infusion of lofant there.
  5. Gel for the treatment of skin diseases. With fungal infections, dermatitis and eczema, a gel prepared from grass leaves will be useful. For this, only fresh, finely chopped leaves are suitable. They are mixed with thirty grams of rational (can be bought at the pharmacy) and two tablespoons of olive oil are added to the resulting composition. After thorough mixing, the gel is ready to use.

Use in cosmetology

  • Beauticians use drugs from lofant to strengthen hair. For this, juice is needed, which must first be squeezed out of the plant. Before you wash your hair, it is rubbed into the skin. After 30 minutes, the hair is washed with ordinary shampoo.
  • Lofant helps smooth wrinkles and perfectly tones the skin. Masks are made from its broth mixed with cosmetic clay. They are kept on the skin until completely dry, and then washed off with cool water.
  • You can also prepare a tonic that wipes the face in the morning and evening instead of washing. To do this, a tablespoon of chopped herbs is poured with a glass of boiling water.Insist under the lid for half an hour and cool.
  • For youthful skin, it is recommended to take baths with infusion of fresh lofant leaves once or twice a week. It is prepared from a liter of boiling water and 2 tablespoons of herb. After insisting in a thermos for an hour, it is cooled and added to the bath. Water temperature should not exceed 38 degrees. After such a bath a good mood is provided.

The benefits and harms of pregnancy

This medicinal herb has a very strong effect on the body. Usually, doctors do not advise women to treat it during pregnancy and lactation. However, if necessary, during the gestation of the baby, the lofant preparations are taken according to the standard scheme, and during lactation - by halving the concentration of funds.

When is Tibetan lofant contraindicated?

Before being treated with Tibetan lofant drugs, it is necessary to consult a doctor, since there are some contraindications for their use:

  • individual intolerance;
  • condition after surgery, especially the first 2 months;
