Ingredients:
- strawberries - 200 g;
- lettuce or arugula - 60-70 g;
- Kiwi - 2 pcs.;
- avocado - 1 pc.
For refueling:
- liquid honey - 1-1.5 tbsp. l .;
- olive oil - 1.5-2 tbsp. l .;
- balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp;
- paprika - to taste.
Tip. If lettuce or arugula is not of the first freshness, dip them in ice water for a few minutes and then dry on a napkin. This will help bring them back to a crispy texture.

- I take out a bone from an avocado. The fruit is so soft that it is not even possible to cut it evenly. But to taste it is amazing!
