- 250 ml of boiled water;
- 2 eggs;
- 6 g of salt;
- approximately 250 g of flour (see by the consistency of the dough);
- 4 small onions;
- 2 carrots;
- 700 g minced beef and lard;
- 2 g black pepper;
- 50 ml of frying oil;

- 15 g of fresh herbs;
- 50 ml of sour cream.
Cooking steps.
- Prepare the dough. 120 ml of water are poured into a spacious cup, eggs, salt are added, and shaken. Sift the sifted flour. First, mix the mass with a whisk, then knead with your hands. The dough should be elastic, tight. If it sticks to your hands, you need to pour in more flour.
- Wrapped in cling film, the dough is sent to the refrigerator for 40-60 minutes to ripen.
- In a meat grinder or a fine grater, 2 onions are crushed. Minced meat is pepper, salt, combine with onions.
- The dough is divided into 3 identical pieces. One part is rolled out with a rolling pin into a 3 mm thick cake. A third of the stuffing is spread on it with an even layer, rolled into a roll, constantly pinching the edges.
- The resulting roll is cut into small identical pieces.
- With the remaining dough and minced meat do the same.
- Peel and chop remaining bulbs, carrots, garlic. Vegetables are fried in oil in a pan.
- Separately chopped greens and sour cream. Combine with fried vegetables.
- Semi-finished rosettes are placed in a deep pan. Pour the remaining water. On top of the roses are covered with a sour cream-vegetable mixture.
- The dish is cooked under the lid for 13 minutes. Served on the table right in the pan.

Ingredients:
- 600 g flour;
- egg;
- 550 ml of water;
- 10 g of salt;
- 50 ml of sunflower oil;
- 300 g chicken fillet;
- 400 g of pork with lard;
- 3 onions;
- 1 sweet pepper;
- 3 g black pepper;
- 60 g of tomato paste;
- 3 garlic cloves;
- 5 g of sugar;
- 40 ml sour cream.
Cooking steps.
- From meat and two onions, with the help of a meat grinder, mince is prepared. It is salted, pepper, mixed with sour cream and beat.
- Choux pastry is made: it is more elastic and easily rolled out in a thin layer. Boil 250 ml of water. Separately combine the egg, salt, sifted flour, 20 ml of oil. Add boiling water. Stir the dough with a fork, and when it cools down - with your hands.
- The dough is covered with cling film and left on the table.
- To prepare the dumplings, cut onion and pepper, garlic, and fry in oil. Add tomato, salt, sugar, black pepper.
- A small portion of the dough is rolled thinly. On the entire surface of the resulting cakes spread the stuffing. Roll up (loose).
- The roll is cut into pieces with a length of 5 cm. Each piece is pressed a little with your hands on one side, so that it opens on the other, resembling a rose.
- Semi-finished products are laid in a deep baking sheet so that there is space between them. The void is filled with fried vegetables: this will prevent the dumplings from sticking together. Boiling water is poured, covered with foil and sent to the oven, heated to 180 degrees. Cook for 35 minutes.
- Lazy dumplings in the oven are ready when they acquire a pleasant golden hue. If there is still water in the pan, you can remove the foil and hold the dish in the oven for a few more minutes.
Lazy dumplings in a slow cooker
Using a slow cooker simplifies cooking. However, dumplings are no less fragrant and juicy than the classic recipe.

- 400 ml of water;
- 1 egg
- 500 g flour;
- 8 g of salt;
- 0.5 kg of minced pork and beef;

- Prepare the dough in the usual way: stir an egg in 200 ml of water, add salt, flour. Make a cool dough, wrap it in polyethylene and put it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

- 3 ml of vinegar;
- 3 g seasoning to taste;
- 100 g butter;
- 20 g of greens.
Cooking steps.
- For the test, 1 egg, water, salt are combined, everything is thoroughly beaten. Add vinegar-quenched soda. Gradually fill the flour and knead a tough dough. It is placed in a bag and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Veal is minced using a meat grinder. Finely chopped onions, seasonings, salt, 30 ml of water (for juiciness) are added to the minced meat.
- The dough is divided into 2 halves. One part is thinly rolled out, half of the minced meat is applied to it and wrapped in a roll. The same is repeated with the remaining dough and filling.
